Hydro Riding Hoodie of different quality

I bought a Hydro Riding Hoodie displayed on the website with a variety of them - same name . I bought one that was in the sale ,poor quality material and no zippered pocket as the others all had .
Why did they call this the same name if it is a different model ?
I appealed but they expect me to pay the cost of return ,
Avoid this company !

When it's good, it's good. But when there are problems...

Have revised my score as it turns out there has been a particularly big delay from DPD over the holiday period, which would explain why quite a few recent orders have seemingly gone missing.

That of course doesn't excuse not getting any response from CS in over 2 working days, but it hopefully means I will at least get my order now.

When things go right, there's very little to complain about, but I do think Volcom could do with working on their response times. Ditching DPD would be another thing, or at least offer alternative shipping services.

DO NOT BUY FROM

Currently in tears over an order placed with Volcom and being unable to reach them by their telephone number as it no longer exists and the email bounces back, I have no idea what I can do to get my £200 back. They provided me with a DHL return label (I didn’t get an option) and it was to go back to France from the UK. I returned to a DHL depot and never got any confirmation. I went back to the DHL depot and they have no idea where the parcel is. I can’t speak to anyone at Volcom and right now, have no way of being able to speak to anyone about where my return is and after reading the reviews have lost hope. Big mistake thinking a brand such as Volcom would be reputable enough to resolve.

Fine until it's not

I own three pairs of the same Volcom Frickin Modern 19" Stretch Shorts. One of the shorts shrunk by a large amount - and I mean a lot, even though all were treated the same. Volcom's response was patronising and unhelpful, talking about elastane and how it has minimal shrinkage. Three times I pointed out it's not minimal - I can't wear the shorts anymore. This and the fact it's taken weeks to get these insulting answers. So yeah, fine if you don't have issues, but you haven't got a hope in hell if you do. I'll not be buying Volcom again.

Volcom need to DROP DPD DELIVERY.

Rating only because I LOVE the brand and their clothing but they CANNOT CONTINUE USING DPD TO DELIVER.
I will only order through third party from now on to ensure I receive my parcel.
Having at least a choice in courier would be preferable.
Shocking.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I've ordered something 7 days ago and still haven't received even update on my order ! They took the money and there is no way of contacting them. Horrible website and the worst thing is that they don't even care about these reviews. I hope they will close it down because it's just unbelievable to treat costumer like this

I am super dissatisfied and I do not recommend that you buy online. I bought a pair of jeans for my husband that did not correspond to the characteristics specified on the page and I returned it the same day I received it. They have the garment in their warehouse for a week and do not process the payment refund. Numa customer service, there is never anyone to answer the telephone number in Spain and by email they only say that they have received my request and that I am waiting for a response, it is frustrating. I am seeing that I will have to make a consumer complaint. The purchasing experience should always be pleasant for the customer, from start to finish.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered...

A friend of mine loves the Volcom brand, I thought I'd buy him a nice Christmas present, right now I wish i'd just punched myself in the crotch instead, he'd have found it funny and it would have been a better experience for me too.

Originally I placed and order for a hoodie, it was cancelled due to no stock. I received a small discount voucher for my inconvenience so thought anyone can make a mistake and went back to their website. I then chose a different hoodie, and also a cheeky beanie for my bud paid for (in part) by the nice discount.

I would have been better off licking a car battery.

Second order placed, paid, then shock horror cancelled - and this time I was told the refund would be for the hoodie - less my discount! So I have lost my discount, and my hoodie and right now I have zero refunds showing on my account.

I called customer service, and was told that they have dispatched the beanie so I will have to wait for that to be resolved before they can give me my money back!!!!

This is not customer service - right now it feels a little like robbery.

If I haven't had the refund in the next few days I am going to have to start the process of raising a dispute with my bank - which is as much fun as stubbing my toe. All the while I am out of pocket and my buddy doesnt have a christmas present.

If you have got this far reading this review. Save yourself a load of trouble - dont order from Volcom. My experience tells me you would be better off giving yourself a paper cut between your toes.

Avoid.

If I could give them less than one star I would.

Do not recommend.

It pains me to write this

It pains me to write this, as I love Volcom clothing; however, the customer service when buying direct is nothing short of atrocious. They have no idea what they’re talking about and offer to helpful solution to any issue raised. Will continue to buy the clothing, but from uk based stockists and not these incompetents again

Express shipping came easily and as I had to return the jacket with a prepaid tag, , the customer service was super nice and they gave my money back straight away.

DON'T ORDER FROM VOLCOM

Do not order anything from Volcom if you think you may need to return it. The returns process is impossible and has left me with items worth over £200 which I do not want.
I tried to follow the instructions given but the UK carriers I.e. DPD/ Hermes etc asked for information which Volcom said they couldn't give me (I was told several times that they did not have the information) I had to return the item without this info and several months later unsurprisingly the item was returned to me as it hadn't been able to be delivered.
I can now see on Volcom's website that they have put on the info I had requested, it was not available when I was returning.
I have tried to contact Volcom via email and phone since receiving the item back but have had zero response, the customer service is awful.

I now don't know how to proceed with my unwanted items, it has been an extremely frustrating process and I will never be ordering from them again. DON'T DO IT.

Just recieved an email that states my order has been cancelled. no reason why, no appology.

It's now thursday, I ordered on monday.
It should have shipped Tuesday, so if it was out of stock, why wasnt I notified then?

Now I have to wait another 3-5 business days for a refund...

Not happy with the service.
The very least I would expect is an appolgy for cancelling

Recieved the Starget winter coat today…

Recieved the Starget winter coat today and it is everything I could have hoped for.

Volcom never disappoints in quality or design.

I actually received another on-line order today for an item of comparable price (not even going to give them a mention) and comparing the quality of the two clothing brands just makes Volcom look that much better.
