Poor level of customer support _ updated
Poor level of customer support and inadequate verification requirements.
I have a business account on “Volet” since it was so-called “AdvCash”. Recently some troubles with my e-mail address occurred (could not receive pin-code for login in the account), therefore, I requested the Support Team to change the e-mail address.
At first, the requirement for verification the owner of the account was demanded (video, selfie etc.), upon completion of which the requested e-mail addresses’ swap was promised. The video verification has been successfully passed; the owner of the account verified.
At second, however, the Support Team introduced new requirements for the already agreed e-mail addresses’ swap, namely providing up-to-date P&C documentation of the legal entity. Needless to mention that refreshing the company’s information / verification has nothing to do with the main request of the case - to restore an access to the account. It must be performed within the frameworks of the account’s activity (within its profile) - a totally another matter.
At third, despite the absurdity of the situation, I have provided all the necessary documents, which are still sensitive and P&C. Moreover, a new request from the Support team occurred with every provided document - to send a new one, to send it in a photo version, to send it in color scan and more… It all feels like these demands are being made up on the fly in order to stall for time. There is no other logical explanation for this.
All in all, the main problem with this case (ticket #3478409) is that all the requirements for solving the matter are already met (the owner of the account is successfully verified). Other requests do not have any direct connection with it - it is a question of incompetence or unwillingness to solve the problem of their bona fide user.

Update from 12.03.2026:
Volet has made a reply here: "... to confirm account ownership and ensure that no unauthorized access is granted. ...". As perviosuly described, I have already verified the account ownership (passed the verification procedure successfully). Therefore, the requirement for granting the access to my account is duly fulfilled.
Yet again, just new unfounded requirements and no help at all.
