Volet Wallet

I used Volet wallet for a long time for crypto and other currencies and I have to ensure they are very understanding people, helpful and supportive. The issue is never closed till it is solved. Thank you for the great team.

This is a First Class platform

This is a First Class platform. I did not know it existed until Payeer vanished - Poor me!!
Every function that I need as a Webmaster is available and there are no OTT Fees.
I wish that I had found the site earlier.
Excellent Support service with VERY prompt responses and the Tean always seem pleased to help.

Successful multiple transfers revoked

I must say that they have always quickly solved my problems in Volet. I have been using their service since they were still AdvCash and have been provided with a great service and an impeccable support

Let's hope they keep it that way.

After their global card stopped working…

After their global card stopped working in August 2025 - they refuse to return the money until the bank they worked with "fixes technical issues". So it's been 7 month.

We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize that we were not able to share clearer updates earlier. Unfortunately, we were also limited in the information we received from the issuing bank.

Please note that we do not issue cards ourselves. All card programs are managed in partnership with external issuing banks. In this case, the bank was restricted by its regulatory body, which affected all card operations. This situation impacts not only our platform but also other companies working with this bank.

Because of this, the situation is outside of our control, which is why it is taking longer to resolve. Regulations around card programs can change quickly, and situations like this, while uncommon, can happen at the bank level.

We would also like to clarify that card balances are managed by the issuing bank and are separate from wallet balances on our platform.

We understand how concerning this situation is, and we want to reassure you that your funds remain safe and access to them will be restored. According to the latest information from the bank, a resolution is expected by Q2 2026.

We truly regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. Our team will follow up with you in your existing support ticket with a detailed update shortly.

I started using Volet wallet recently for online payments. The registration process was simple and the interface is easy to understand. My transfers were completed without problems and the service worked smoothly.

Poor level of customer support _ updated

Poor level of customer support and inadequate verification requirements.

I have a business account on “Volet” since it was so-called “AdvCash”. Recently some troubles with my e-mail address occurred (could not receive pin-code for login in the account), therefore, I requested the Support Team to change the e-mail address.

At first, the requirement for verification the owner of the account was demanded (video, selfie etc.), upon completion of which the requested e-mail addresses’ swap was promised. The video verification has been successfully passed; the owner of the account verified.

At second, however, the Support Team introduced new requirements for the already agreed e-mail addresses’ swap, namely providing up-to-date P&C documentation of the legal entity. Needless to mention that refreshing the company’s information / verification has nothing to do with the main request of the case - to restore an access to the account. It must be performed within the frameworks of the account’s activity (within its profile) - a totally another matter.

At third, despite the absurdity of the situation, I have provided all the necessary documents, which are still sensitive and P&C. Moreover, a new request from the Support team occurred with every provided document - to send a new one, to send it in a photo version, to send it in color scan and more… It all feels like these demands are being made up on the fly in order to stall for time. There is no other logical explanation for this.

All in all, the main problem with this case (ticket #3478409) is that all the requirements for solving the matter are already met (the owner of the account is successfully verified). Other requests do not have any direct connection with it - it is a question of incompetence or unwillingness to solve the problem of their bona fide user.

Update from 12.03.2026:

Volet has made a reply here: "... to confirm account ownership and ensure that no unauthorized access is granted. ...". As perviosuly described, I have already verified the account ownership (passed the verification procedure successfully). Therefore, the requirement for granting the access to my account is duly fulfilled.

Yet again, just new unfounded requirements and no help at all.

Excellent and fast support!

The support team at Volet.com was extremely helpful. I had a complex issue with my account being blocked and lost access to my security token (2FA) at the same time. The agents (Anna and the verification team) were very professional and helped me resolve everything manually. They were patient with my questions and provided clear instructions. I am very satisfied with how they handled my case!
