Slechte bezorging, slechte klantenservice.
Bestelling geplaatst met bezorging bij DHL pick up point, hebben ze vervolgens met PostNL verzonden dus geweigerd bij het DHL punt. Bestelling zit nu al meer dan een week vast bij PostNL, dus wil ik mijn bestelling annuleren. Dat kan dus niet tot de bestelling geretourneerd is en ze kunnen ook geen nieuw paar schoenen versturen. Dus nu heb ik 130 euro betaald voor schoenen die nooit zijn bezorgd.
Ik raad het ten zeerste af om hier te bestellen.
