Excellent shop, top service, unbeatable prices

I ordered Enphase micro inverters from Volt Shop last week. A day or two later, my electrician called me and said he was coming on Saturday to finalise some installations. I then wrote an e-mail to Volt Shop and asked if they could send the modules as soon as possible. I couldn't believe what happened next - the modules arrived just in time for the weekend in Germany. Really a great service at very favourable conditions and very friendly.

I bought from Germany and somehow the IT-connections (Payment provider, Credit Card, shop-system) did not work as they should have done. At the end of the day the system found two orders with double payment. (speaking about more than 6.000€ each). The Support replied very fast and idividually to my e-mails. Just one day after the problem occured the money has been refunded. And more important. The ordered products are already out for delivery in Germany. Fully satisfied!
