My package came just a few days after I bought it and I live in Denmark

The product was of low quality and did not match the description or needs.

I ordered last week. No tacking number or update.

Are you kidding me you want a review ? You have horrible service. I placed an order on your website. You took my money and cancelled my orders few days later after my order was placed telling me that you didn’t have the product. You put it back on sale on your website. I tried emailing you back at two different emails asking for more information and you refused to get back to me. Worst part is I lost 90$ because of you. Due to you refunding me a few days later the exchange rate changes and I lost money because of you. So now I am stuck out of money and with no product at all. You are the worst company ever and I will never recommend you to the skateboard community

Still waiting for my repaired board since August 2019. It's now almost first of June 2020

I ordered parts for my board and after one call guy told me that ge will send the part the same day.. One week after no contact wit shop😏😏

I'm happy with the board and deal I got from them. I wanted a good electric long-board that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me exactly what I was looking for. They have a super fast delivery in Europe, I am positively surprised. Keep up the good work guys !

The ordering process and delivery went smooth - Post.NL has the best service in Belgium compared to DHL/UPS/DPD etc. The longboard is perfect and does what it says on the box. The battery was my biggest concern when looking to buy due to other reviews on the web. So far the battery is behaving fine and the kids are having a great time with it. So far the longest distance travelled is 6 km. This of course does not tell a lot about the battery yet but so far so good. We were also not sure about one or two motors - went for two motors and the boys are happy.

I would give 5 stars but in the shipment email I received there was no tracking number only order number.
Where is tracking number?!
