Great price, quick delivery

I ordered 2 ET solar panels and sent 2 less expensive Renesola panels instead. Emailed the company and requested a refund for the price difference and Andrei responded quickly and the amount was credit to my account. Also noted the panels were extremely well packaged in bubble wrap. Fast efficient service

What a excellent experience all round. After comparing prices across many other major retailers, Voltacon came up on top for 95% of all the off grid components i needed. Followed by calling in for some electrical and best practice advice, these guys were super slick and knowlegable giving great advice in-line with regulation and tailored to my particular off grid configuration. Delivery was professionally packed on a pallet. Thank you everyone at Voltacon :)

Best after sales experience had where agent resolved request over the web chat feature answering outside their normal working hours! Existing order changed and help provided to place a new order with both getting delivered together. Only thing that needs looking into is the shop.app that is used when placing orders shows a letsencrypt ssl certificate rather than a cert from a respected certificate authority...

Good communication, Good panels (Bought the 180W Rigid.) Better price than other competitors. Only 1 small remark. Your delivery notification email are not helpful at all. I have received an email from transglobal express saying the panel have just been shipped. The links inside that email are broken or nor helpful at all. The courier turned up at home and no one was in. He left the panels on my door step and went. The panel could have been stolen. I had to call my wife to drive home (30 min drive) to put panel inside. Asked for partial compensation but nothing happens. Anyway good experience overall.

The company was very understanding when the panels arrived a bit smashed by the delivery company and they then sent new ones.

The price was vey good and the delivery time was excellent.

Ordered and paid for 2x Victron 185w 12v Solar panels. In stock on website when ordered. I waited a week without any update. After contacting the company, I was told that they were out of stock and it would be 4 weeks before the next delivery was scheduled. I waited 4+ weeks, once again no update contacted the company again only to be told it would be at least another 2 weeks. I decided to purchase elsewhere, asked for a full refund and was told that I would be refunded immediately. It is now 8 days on and still haven’t received any refund. I emailed them again, have been told that I have now been refunded( Friday afternoon) nothing has been received by my bank and now it’s the weekend. Currently out of pocket by nearly £250😡. Very poor

The products, pricing customer service are fantastic, I bought a 16kw power cabinet, 6 pylontech batteries and 10 rensola panels. Over a month down the line I am more than happy with my setup and will definitely return custom to get more panels. Delivery of the power cabinet was a lot slower than they told me, order well in advance.

Just received my 2 battery’s and 8 panels form these guys again… thanks. I will only use these always ago service

Really quick delivery and the best price i could find..

Purchased an ex display inverter from volta-con.
Upon installation it produced an f52 fault which is an installation fault. All installation instructions in the manual were followed accordingly.
My concerns were that as it was an ex display unit it was damaged prior to myself receiving it. I mentioned this over the phone and was assured several times that the inverter log would have stored the fault and could be read with no problem giving voltacon and myself proof of when the error first occurred. (It was this information that made me feel comfortable returning the item)
Unfortunately that wasn't the case as I was told it could not be read as the "inverter doesn't work anymore " even though a lot of it's main functions worked including the lcd display etc before I returned it.(at my own cost)
Just left without the information I was promised which would have made the issue so much easier to solve.
So much mis information from this company, only part of the issue is mentioned above.
0 stars would not recommend.

Fast delivery, Good inverters I have brought 4 different ones 2 for other people were all happy with them.

All fine good communication slow delivery due to it was out of stock
