It's such a mess. The wrong tracking info was received, and the shipping takes too long, communication is not working, and the customer service is never connected, and in short, it is very disappointing.

This company is the worst. I order a part for the espresso machine 2 months ago, never received a confirmation email and never received my order. I got charged for the part but that’s where it ended.
I tried to call several times but nobody answered. I also emailed and texted but nobody bothered to get back to me
Horrible company and customer service
Don’t waste your time and order somewhere else

Voltage changed ownership in early 2022 and the support handover was genuinely bad for a few months; we've since moved onto a platform where calls, emails and texts land in one place and get answered. Could not find the screen for my espresso machine with the importer. They no longer carry it as my machine has been discontinued. Voltage had a comparable item that works for my part number and started the shipping process within minutes of placing my order!

Eric, I know you eventually received your item a few days after this review post, but I wanted to acknowledge the failure on our end with communication between your order date and eventual fulfillment. Our company changed ownership at the beginning of 2022 and our CS communication systems were in transition, and we failed to keep you updated. What I needed website could be more up to date.
Transaction was good, item was just what I needed, it would have been nice if I was informed before I ordered that it was backordered.

Joe — two and a half months with no machine and no explanation isn't something I can defend. Voltage's current ownership took over in early 2022 and our CS processes had to be transitioned & overhauled, and your order landed right in the middle of that. No excuse, just context. Sorry we left you without answers, and sorry this reply is so overdue, we also transitioned review platforms during that window. Today our CS platforms and rhythms are much improved since the transition and our published lead times backend process has improved immensely.
