Poor customer satisfaction

Everything was there at a very competitive price.

Item was incorrectly addressed and resulted in a delay in obtaining the item however their Sales were quick to respond to enquiry regarding the missing item but the error resulted in a weeks delay in receiving the item.

I ordered two extractor fans which never arrived. On following up I was directed to the couriers tracking system to be shown a false signature (had my surname but incorrect initial) and a picture of someone else's house taken by the courier. After a follow-up email, it was clear that Volt did not want to know and saw that their end of the deal was fulfilled. That may be fair enough but I was hoping for better from Volt, after all, it was their courier not mine! It appears that this is a good company with competitive prices but as the saying goes 'everyone is a great captain when the seas are calm'. I never saw the fans some 2 months later and am about £100 out of pocket due to DPD, their courier.
