I had so many bad experiences with several web hosting companies, so I had been looking for a provider that could give great advice and more importantly assistance. It also needed to be able to migrate my website from one to there’s. I’ve been working in this industry for years and you kindda get to know which ones you’re going to get along with and the ones you won’t. There was also the hurdle of them hosting your website with a 3rd party provider. there are too many bad scenarios.

When I first contacted Volthosting and spoke Rowan, it was during Christmas I think... boxing day in fact and he could not had been more helpful, but I stupidly went with another host provider which then turned out 4 days later to be a massive mistake, I then went back to Rowan and explained my situation.

To say that he took care of everything would be an understatement, the level of one-on-one professionalism that he provided was impeccable, he simply could not assist me enough. The word time poor is a tag used consistently by individuals and companies, and hence the ticketing system has crept into all sectors of business and inevitably with this system you never get a call back… I was totally surprised that this did and still has not happened with Volt, albeit only after three months.

This review may sound like I’m employed, shareholder or Rowan’s my brother law but in fact none of these could not be further from the truth... it’s just plain and simple they are the most competent, proficient company I have come across in recent months / years and I have spoken to over 50 established UK based companies and I highly recommend that you try them, even for 1 month you will not be disappointed with their service or their pricing.

I'd recommend VoltHosting to anyone, they've gone above and beyond. They really went out of their way to help us and their servers are super reliable, I haven't had a single downtime at all. We rely on our server with them a lot, around the clock, so reliable uptime is a huge factor for us and I can confidently say we made the right choice purchasing from them.
