From the initial planning stages all the way through to the install everything from Voltix was excellent. The charger is installed neatly, all wiring tidy and they even cleaned up any mess after the job was completed. The engineer spent 30 minutes explaining everything that was installed and how it worked. Would definitely recommend Voltix as they are an amazing company. Thank you for installing my EV charger.

Today I had my Ohme EV charger installed by Voltix, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I contacted Gem who responded super quickly with initial queries, answered the many questions I had and provided quotes to the installation day when Barry arrived on my doorstep ready to go, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. He clearly explained what would happen before, during, and after the installation, which gave me complete confidence in the process.

The installation itself was immaculate — incredibly neat and tidy, and finished to a standard well beyond what I expected. Barry took real pride in his work, and it showed in every detail.

Worked to get clear understanding of what I was looking for and provided a detailed quote as a good price for what was a complex installation due to my parking being a distance from the parking.

Resulting installation was to a high standard - clear pride in the work form which I benefited.

Voltix did a fantastic job of fitting the Zappi EV charger at my house. Communication was clear and timely all the way up to the day of installation. The engineer took the time to explain what work would be done and how. The end result was brilliant, you could hardly notice that any holes had been made to conceal the cable on its way out to the garage (as they had been filled in and smoothed over). We received a full walk through of the EV unit, how to use it and how to setup the mobile app for future use.
