Changed pricing package on me with no consideration. Horrible customer service. I'm looking else where for my ecommerce business.

Yes, Shay was very cool. She kept asking me if it was OK to put me on hold while she checked with the technicians regarding my issue. She always came back in a timely fashion and didn't transfer me to another person, which I really appreciate. My problem was resolved and the site is running smoothly. I've been with Volusion since 2013, and customer service has always been stellar.

Good platform but slow and very quirky and make working painful, slow and frustrating. Eventually ends up ok

too easy to make human errors on this for example changing shipping status affects the entire order

I have been with Volusion for over 5 years now and I hope to be here another 50. Please don't change a thing, Volusion is perfect.

I have got to say, I have personally used Shopify, Magento and now Volusion. I used them in two website builds, taking advantage of an offer of 99.00 for a premium service. Sounded too good to be true. Many items were not disclosed, or buried in droves of text. They dont seem to care about the product they publish. They only seem to want the reoccurring revenue, and the ancillary charge items. I have been on hold now for more than 23 minutes and counting. I was treated like I paid $99 dollars... not as if I purchased the premium 1,800 package. unless they are treated this poorly as well. Shopify customer support is far superior. I care about my business, and what my customers think, and my presentation online. Now I remember why early on, after doing my research why I didn't pick Volusion in the first place. Got sucked in, by price... Sometimes you get what you pay for. Be careful, do your research. Or you will pay for it, as I am doing right now. I finally decided to stand up for myself. I AM THE CUSTOMER. ITS MY CREDIT CARD, YOU CANT CHARGE IT FOR POOR SERVICE OR POOR PRODUCT EXPIERIANCE.

I have used Volusion for many websites dealing with eCommerce and corporate information. While there is a learning curve and it's more difficult to use than a website creator like "Wix", once you get the hang of it, you can really build a website that suits your every need. If you get stuck or are not sure how to do something, their team is always available and ready to help. Most issues the support team helps out for free. If you want a complete re-design of the website, their design team is amazing and pay attention to detail. The SSL certificate included with your plan makes your website secure and trusted and their built-in SEO tools can really make or break your business.

Volusion is a great oportunity to find your inner entepernuer. I Highly recommend it.

After 20 years of having our website on an antiquated platform we finally decided to bite the bullet and make the switch. We asked another webmaster who we should use and he recommended Volusion.

Volusion has the best tech support I have ever experienced. This is not my first go round with web platforms. The platform itself is a little outdated and their design/coding team is rather slow making updates to stay even with what google wants and needs. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend Volusion as the pro's outweigh the con's.

A friend of mine tasked me with opening a webstore for him, and he had already bought in to Volusion, but the people he expected to get it up and running couldn't. I took a look what was happening, and thought I could do it although I had no knowledge of how.

Shoot, I couldn't even get into the admin section of the site, and had to call Volusion for help. This is when the helpful operator/experts convinced me I could get this project done with their help.

It did not matter what was needed! Volusion Help (phone/chat) is always there to discuss ways to make our vision of a webstore a reality, even changes to the main theme if needed.
