Poor. They gave me an Incomplete patchwork of info.

Poor. It isn't the real WORKSHOP MANUAL. I was promised a full workshop manual of Volvo V40 from 2012-2019, paid for it. What I received is a PDF with a sparse collection of chapters - NOT fully covering 2012 -2019 engine models. For instance, a search for key word "turbo" only returned 3 findings, pointing to a generic diagram with the top of the engine. No detailed chapter. The word DPF isn't in the book at all.... VERY BAD

Wrong Manual sent

Yesterday I ordered and payed for to work on my Car, i made sure it was the correct year and modle and guess what? I was sent the wrong Manual. Come on.. ???
