The leather and product are exceptional. The Weekender was a college graduation gift and my son was very happy with the Weekender and the toiletry bag. And we also are very happy with the craftsmanship and the company's processing of the leather.

Purchasing the bag was a great experience and Von Baer provides an outstanding product. After utilizing the City Large and the Grand for a few months now they have proven to be well worth the purchase. I carry the City Large everyday for work and have received multiple compliments about the quality and the looks. The hardware and stitching hold up phenomenally and the quality of the leather is second to none. I have room to carry my large laptop, headphones, notebook and a bag for my chargers. With plenty of room left for more! The Grand is essentially a Transformer and as a garment bag it allows you to keep your suit mostly wrinkle free and only needs minor steaming when you arrive at your destination. After you zip it back into a bag it leaves me enough room to pack for a short weekend stay in the city, beach or mountains. I would 1,000% recommend this to anyone who is looking for premiere quality leather bags. They will last you a lifetime!

I received their leather backpack as a birthday gift. It looks petite, but has plenty of room for my macbook, books, Kindle, my Coach coin purse, my reading glasses with box, a pack of tissues, cosmetics. The leather is thick & smells great. In a couple of months of daily use, it has started to soften nicely. The actual look is better than on the pictures, which I consider rare.
