I received a beautiful washington Von Baer wallet as a gift. Unfortunately, it was too large for me and I was unable to exchange/return since they only have a 14 day window. I had all the original packaging and offered to send so they could verify the "newness". When I asked "if there was anything else I could do or if the item was trash" the chat deleted itself with no further response. I'm appalled that such a high end item would have such bad customer service. I will not be purchasing or recommend purchasing gifts from them to anyone. Be cautious if you aren't purchasing for yourself or if you are, that you return/exchange within the 14 day window. I'd like to see more reviews about how hard it actually is to return/exchange their products.
