Well located with convenient access to supermarket and city transportation.

The room itself has all of the essentials required and as advertised, such as private bathroom, cooking area, storage space, desk etc

Vonder also organised events, such as weekly Yoga, Oktoberfest, Halloween, etc which bring some life and are a good way to get to know neighbours.

If you are moving to Munich and need a place to stay as you get settled in, this is a very good option.

I lived in Vonder Munich for 2.5 years. I have to say that is a great place to live (otherwise I wouldn't last that long there).

I loved that it was simple to have a rent contract for a cozy serviced apartment with all the things I needed. The place is quiet, friendly, and extremely convenient. I have to say that during all this time, I don't have a single complaint about the place, building, or workers. Every time I needed something, I received adequate help and response, and they were even more than helpful when I had knee surgery going beyond their labors.

Vonder is super responsive to issues. Whenever something broke, someone would come the very next day if not the same day. Very rare in Berlin. Maintenance team is very friendly and always makes sure that things are done well. Extension has never been an issue either. All in all a great stay.

Modern location, close to shopping facilities and the S-Bahn station. Ideal for my stay of 3 months.

Comfortable and nice room, in a convenient location right besides the S-Bahn, but a bit pricey for Munich standards. Good that you can use Vonder's address for the anmeldung in Munich.
Personnel not particularly friendly. During about a 2-month stay, 4 times the alarm of the hotel went off (also in the middle of the night around 3 am) forcing all the people to go and wait outside for the fire department to arrive. I don't know whether it was a drill or a real emergency, but 4 times in 2 months, waking people up in the middle of the night looks a bit too frequent. Don't know whose fault is that, but be aware that it happens.
Washing machines/driers (at an extra price) not well thought: you cannot book them more than 15 minutes in advance and if the driers (3) are taken when your washing machine finishes you have nowhere to dry your clothes.
Finally, after checkout they told me that if I left them a review (this one) and sent them proof, they would "speed up" the process for giving my deposit back... I didn't like receiving such a "threat" at all!

My time here has been good in general, the room is completely equiped and I didn't feel like nothing was missing. In the first months there were some issues with the internet mostly on evenings, but it was solved activating the Ethernet cable. I think something needs to be done to avoid the firefighters to come 2-3 times by month, it was a bit annoying. For the rest I have been so confortable here and I would recommend

I really liked the place and I would recommend it friends. There still some issues:
1- wifi signal is very weak in some parts of my room and keeps disconnecting sometimes.

2- The washing machines could be higher in number and I do know it is expensive for the owner but the charge is still abit high for us.

3- Regarding the trash bins in -1 I could not know where to trash the wet trash like fruit skin and where to trash plastics. I mean I know there was one for paper and there some for Restmüll but still between wet trash and plastics and toilett papers I could differentiate where to trash which.

4- It would be just great if we could have mail box but I know that is almost impossible.
Other than that, everything is great. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, the lobby is well decorated and it is great that it has both the cosy sofas and the office desks with the plugs. The gym is also great. It is interesting to celebrate specific holidays like Oktoberfest and Halloween. The staff always do their best there.

Vonder is a great landing place for any expat. The units are modern and the all inclusive packages allow you to arrive in Munich with very little worries. The staff are friendly and willing to help.

Great place to start your journey!

In Germany, upon arrival, it is quite difficult to rent a permanent home, it will always take time to search, and you need to live somewhere.

So Vonder is a great place to start, it is close to the S-bahn station, everything is included in the price, the building is new, overall I was happy to live here for half a year.

I like the well organized structure, cleanness, reception and proximity to the train station. However, few things can be improved.
1. The compartment where mails and letters are kept at the reception is not organized. The letters or correspondence in the files are sometimes misplaced and mixed up. I suggest a structurally constructed pigeon holes or compartments where names can be alphabetically arranged.
2. The secure internet, Vonder Guest needs to be upgraded. It is sometimes slow and few times, it disconnects my phone from the internet unawares.
3. I did not enjoy my sleep on the bed provided. The mattress/foam is not good at all. Though I complained when I got in and it was replaced, however, the replaced one was not better than the previous one. I suggest the mattress of the bed should be completely overhauled.

Vonder is a place to be for a short stay and their response to their guests, at present, is top notch. I highly recommend them.

East or West, Vonder is truly the best!

I've just completed five months in my cozy little nest here, and I must say, it’s been an amazing experience. The apartment is super clean, and the customer service is exceptional—every single person at reception is incredibly supportive. What adds to the convenience is the S-Bahn station right next door, taking you to the city center in under 20 minutes, and Lidl is within walking distance! Everything around the area is neat and well-maintained.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a short-term stay. The apartments are modern, and any issues are resolved within 24 hours. I've really enjoyed my time here!

Smooth Stay with Handy Extras
Easy check-in as well as booking process and overall, I had a nice stay, with very practical extra amenties like an in-house gym. Everything was clean and I got a timely response, when I had concerns/questions.

London, Hill House
Abysmal company - avoid at all costs. Building itself is nice enough, but dealing with 20 layers of bureaucracy is not worth it.
Dismissive at best, radio silent at worst.

The flats shown in screenshot for listing do not correlate with the actual property they might rent to you, the layout and square footage may vary drastically.

As soon as we had paid our deposit, communication immediately became non existent. Bills are send months late, the flat was not clean or in good repair upon moving it, and our move out was not acknowledged and our deposit has not been returned.

We moved in Winter last year, and have already moved out after begrudgingly completing a year of tenancy. They also try to ask for rent you've already paid, presumably due to poor bookkeeping.

I have lived here for a year. Everything is convenient and comfortable. It is very convenient to travel and close to the station and supermarket. What I like most is that the room is well soundproofed and very quiet. There are also people who come to check and repair regularly. There are also frequent parties and fitness classes. Although I am leaving soon, I will always miss life here! Thank you for your warm service.
