Customer Service and Quality Control need work.
I had been happy with Vonskull until this Christmas. I ride a Harley and every year I play Santa at various places in the area, riding my Harley if the weather is good, car if not. I don't mind wearing things with skulls on them, except for Christmas or Santa related as I do not want to kids to get the wrong impression. This year I was happy to see the Christmas sweater "Oh What Fun to Ride" as it had Santa on the back not a skull. I ordered it, but received the wrong one (I got one with a Skull. I wrote Vonskull and explained the situation and was told they would send the correct one and I could keep the one sent in error. I thought that would be great and since it was November I would have the correct one in time to wear it some before Christmas. After several unanswered emails I finally got the replacement last week (Dec 14), and while it was the right one, the stuff on the back was put on backward, rendering the sweater useless. I wrote Vonskull again and sent a picture of the sweater with the problem but have still not heard back. So, this season is just about over and I have no sweater and no one who will answer my question about returning or exchanging to make this right.

VonSkull just VonSucks!
I bought a sweatshirt from them and they emailed me to say that it shipped. They provided a USPS shipping number, but the item was never delivered to the post office, so the tracking number just shows that they are waiting for the item to be delivered to USPS. Buyer beware. I’m working with my credit card company to get a refund.
