Very satisfied with the product. My glasses got here on time. I'm very happy with the outcome of the experience I have with Customer Service.

They will not refund my $ as I did not like the frames. They will only give me store credit and I had to pay for my return. You have been warned! Don't do it. I will keep posting this to make sure everyone knows on every platform every day!

You delivered exactly what you said you would when you said you would. That's refreshing. I didn't ask for the sunglasses -- but they're free, and I'll find someone who loves them - a new fan/client for you.

Vooglam sent me a pair of glasses with a defect in the lens. It was a defect to the plastic that caused a small area where the lens was completed warped, right on the side of my field of vision. The glasses were unwearable.

I tried to seek a refund because the glasses were unwearable. I was told that they would not issue a refund unless I could show them a picture of the defect. It is impossible to take a picture of a defect in the plastic in the field of vision. It is only in my line of sight when wearing the glasses. I was refused a refund and now am out an additional hundred dollars to have the lenses replaced by an actual optical store.

Terrible quality control and impossible to comply with customer service demands.

Update: while they haven’t responded to this review here yet, I’m wondering if maybe they saw it. I was just offered a 10% off coupon because of my “customer service experience”. I do not want a coupon and have refused it. I am never purchasing from Vooglam again. I simply want a refund on a clearly defective product.

Received my glasses, it’s absolutely gorgeous and my prescription is precise and correct.

I wasn’t expecting everything to be so professional, but it was! At the start, I actually put in my prescription wrong, but they fixed it and both my glasses came perfectly! Everything is so insanely high quality I’m so happy I used Vooglam instead of firmoo as firmoo’s site felt so weirdly fishy to me.

Excellent customer service when my order was wrong. It was a speedy and friendly fix. Received my replacement in no time. Awesome!

The first glasses I sent back as I requested them for reading and there was no prescription in the lensese even though i ordrred reading glasses?. After sending the glasses back at my expense I got a credit on my account. I reordered with progressive lenses as I was told this is what I should have ordered and paid an extra £60 for the lenses. They arrived and I cannot see out of them at all its all blurred and it is my correct prescription. A complete waste of money. Ill stick to firmoo in future.

I would highly recommend vooglam. This was the first time I had placed a order with them I received my glasses in 10 days ....I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for only £139 ....and then another pair a couple of days later ...I can assure you I will be ordering again

These are the most spectacular glasses! Vooglam has such unique frames, it's hard to choose and their varifocals are top notch. Very fast delivery too!

I made an error with my prescription and when I received them I was disappointed and sad. Vooglam cheerfully told me if I returned them they would correct the error, which was my fault and send them back to me for no cost. I just received the glasses and they are perfect. I have ordered more than a dozen of their beautiful glasses and am so grateful for their quality and working with me. I’m so happy. Thank you Vooglam and your amazing customer service.

Perfect! I love them!

I just received my glasses today. I absolutely love them. Truly they are better than the ones I got from my doctor. Beyond the fact that I genuinely adore my new glasses, they were less expensive and I got blue light blocking. I do work at a computer 12-17 hours per week. But the thing that impressed me the most was the customer service. I put the wrong prescription in on my original order. I contacted them thinking they made the mistake but I then realized the mistake was mine. They only asked I return the glasses and give the corrected prescription and they handled everything else. They were promt and clear with every communication. That isn't something that happens so often these days. From now on this is the company I will buy from and who I will recommend. I was complimented multiple times today on my new glasses. Really and truly, thank you Vooglam, for the outstanding customer service and the wonderful glasses.

I love the frames. They came quickly which I appreciate. The only drawback was that the
Prescription wasn’t what it should have been.

This company was fantastic from start to finish. I had fun picking out the frames that I wanted online by using the features on the app, I sent in my order for (2) pair along with my subscription. My order came relatively fast, however, I listed the wrong strength in one of my eyes when I keyed it in. ( Note. Although a copy of the original prescription was included, it was not verified that what I keyed matched what was on the prescription, so make sure what you are putting in is accurate!) However, as soon as I notified them, they responded within 24 hours explaining the return process. Linda was a very big help. I returned my incorrect glasses and they immediately got the wrong ones ( much sooner than I anticipated) and resent out the correct ones. They were communicative from start to finish. I never had to reach out to them about the return. They reached out to me. They kept me informed through the process and I've received the new ones and they are correct and I am in love with my frames. I will be ordering more!!
