These glasses were fabulous, extremely good value and very trendy and corresponded was first class

Vooglam glasses with no prescription, even though I uploaded my prescription and paid for top coat lenses! Who would pay all that money for fake glasses! When contacting Vooglam, they told me I have to send back (at my cost!) to China for them to fix and send back! Unacceptable customer service and this will then be another 4 weeks to be delivered!

Really annoyed with the service of this company. The glasses are ok but I can't see through them so what's the point! Literally just going to be sat in the box!

Customer support was fantastic. My questions were answered quickly and they were so helpful with all my queries about my prescription. My glasses arrived with the perfect lenses for my eyesight. I would highly recommend Vooglam to friends.

I purchased 3 pairs of glasses, 2 of them are great. The third one is missing the weld on the left front that connects it to the eyewire. The gap is big enough to cause a slight warping, catch and rip out hair and hold an envelope with a letter in the gap. The right side lays flush against the eyewire with no gaping whatsoever.
After several traded messages they went through their stock in the warehouse and sent me a pic of yet another frame with the same defect! Trying to say that since another is also defective I should accept mine for what it is. They expect me to pay shipping to return the frame! I have explained that during my 8 years of working in optical shops and even labs making eyeglasses this defective would never have been accepted and despensed!

This company needs a class in quality control AND customer service STAT.

This is the third or fourth order I’ve made with Vooglam, and, once again, I received excellent service and two pairs of amazing glasses. I cannot fault this company, they always come up trumps.

Very easy to “try on” glasses and how to measure and determine the proper size for me. Glasses arrived on time and tracking the package was simple as well.
I find the glasses a bit heavy as I didn’t see anything regarding what they would weigh before I ordered them. Overall very happy with the process and the price but a bit disappointed in the weight and overall fit of the glasses.

Not what I was expecting. The leopard pattern is so dark you can barely see it and the color bordering the rims of the glasses does blend well. I’ve purchased from Vooglam for years and always been happy before. Not so with this part!

My experience was extremely excellent since the beginning to the end , the communication was great I like it.

My order arrived before estimated delivery date. They are perfect. I love them. They look just like the virtual try on.

I ordered and received glasses but they were too big. I called and was asked whether I wanted a refund or whether I wanted to return the too big glasses for a different pair of glasses. I told the customer service rep that I would return the glasses and get a different pair.
I returned the glasses including a description of the new glasses that I wanted via USPS on 9-10-25 and per the tracking number the glasses were delivered on 9-15-25.
I made multiple calls to Vooglam customer service but was never able to talk with anyone or leave a message.
It is now 11-3-25 and I have not received the glasses or a refund to my credit card.

I would not use them again unless I get the glasses or a refund.

Easy to order and love the great selection of glasses and most of all the price

I am very grateful for such excellent service. I made a mistake with the formula, and yet I received outstanding service; they replaced it for me. I also had a problem with the steering, and they fixed it perfectly.

Trustworthy. My order was lost in transit but it was replaced, though it took time cos 1st choice was out of stock. I recommend Vooglam. 👌

Vooglam is fine but whoever delivered my order pulled in my driveway and threw them out his window. Will not be ordering again.
