Just received my second pair of prescription glasses from Vooglam. I love the range this site sells. I'm 68 and have never been happy with the UK range of boring specks, just got the best of a bad bunch before. Even the designer ones are boring. Goodness knows what young British customers think of the choice. The prescription and fit is fine, and I feel so chuffing trendy. Oh, and they are so affordable. Thanks so much.

The colours in my frame is nothing like the colour I have ordered the colour is not as bright as the picture, quite disappointed.

Bought prescription frames, input correct prescription, got incorrect lens, reported it to vooglam, after extensive toing a froing, vooglam says I input incorrect prescription, I have screenshots and original prescription both exactly the same, offering me discount for another fran=mimng and telling me it would be expensive for me to return faulty frame back to china, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Omg I read the reviews of others but wasn't filled with as much confidence as I am since receiving my pairs of glasses omg I totally totally love them they are absolutely gorgeous

Delivered in a lovely box, however the glasses were either something you get from a 3D cinema or a prototype. Very flimsy and just flopped behind the ears without rigid stability. These would just fall off if I walked. Very bendy and I cannot believe this as a legit product for which I paid over £40. Was looking forward to a bright colourful design, but turned out quite mute. Definitely will be returning as these aren't fit for purpose.

Bifocal lens too high up so when head is correct position you are looking at the line makes you feel sick. also reading bit not great fuzzy what a waste of money can ill afford for 2 pairs of useless glasses rip off merchant's.

Glasses are very nice & seem good quality. Took 19 days to arrive.
Ordered two pairs, quite obviously same prescription.
One pair are wrong - made with + instead of -
Values on order are correct.

IT IS VOOGLAM WHO MAFE THE MISTAKE WITH THE + and _ NOT ME AND NEED TO FIX IT! MY INSTRUCTIONS WERE CLEAR AND CORRECT AND I HAVE PROOF OF THIS WHICH I HAVE SENT TO THEM! YOU NEED TO REFUND YOUR MISTAKE!

Ordered 2 sets of glasses and they weren't the right prescription. They said they would refund the cost but as yet no money has arrived into my account.

Do not order from here - customer service is rubbish!

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, very, very thin flimsy frames and the thinning of the lenses was very poor and didn't fit in the frames.
Also had visible lines on the lenses as were Bifocal which is not like my current lenses. My prescription is recent that I supplied, but the bottom half is too blurry.
Reported the issues only to be offered 30% off coupon, or to remake them at 70% of cost or refund of 30% but need to pay return shipping to China, wiping most of the refund out.
Rip off merchants and con artists. Buyer beware.
Updated: still not getting anywhere with 'customer service' rep Doci and a resolution is still not anywhere near satisfactory. My opinion still hasn't changed. BEWARE!!

Customer services I person said yes I could upload my prescription one other said no I couldn't. Where Is your returns portal
