I ordered a mirror and received an email with a tracking number. 3 weeks later I received a tiny package with a horrible necklace. After months of email exchanges and them promising a refund, I didn't get anything at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, IT'S A SCAM!!!!

I ordered a standing mirror with jewelery compartments in March 2024 and upon me doing my initial research on the company everything seemed legit. My parcel has apparently been signed for upon receipt in my country, and I have yet to receive any communication about where my parcel is. They won't give me any logistics company details so I can try and track this parcel myself and keep offering refund after refund and I suspect I won't ever receive the funds either. Everything seemed above board until it wasn't.

Ordered a mirror over 6mths ago in October and have sent many emails requesting an update just to be told it’s still coming. Total SCAM Company!! Do not trust or buy anything from them. Have learnt lesson to research company first before purchasing.

Item arrived but it wasn't what I ordered (ring arrived when I ordered jewellery stand - not close at all), have been emailing them for 6 months and they aren't now responding, wont deliver what I ordered and wont refund my money. I am very disappointed, frustrated etc.

It is a scam, try to have the money back directly on the site. They confirmed me I won the dispute, I even received a confirmation by email. Of course the money has never come and I am still trying hardly but I do not see any happy ending. I did the order in October and I sent so many emails to the customer service. It is everything pointless. Pay attention!

AVOID!!! This company is a scam, they looked genuine initially, but they are definitely not real! I emailed them after I had been waiting two months for my mirror to arrive, the email that responded was clearly from a scammer. I then asked for a cancellation of my order and a full refund, and was told that it was too late to do so. They never sent the mirror and have stopped responding to any of my emails. I have not received a refund and am writing on this to make sure history doesn't repeat itself!

FRAUD
I bought a Jewelry Armoire in October and never arrived in Portugal.

Horrible experience. I ordered a Mirror amd received a cheap ring. The support stopped to reply to my emails as soon as I said I wanted 100 of my money back.

This company is a scam… i purchased a furniture for the bedroom with a mirror and jewellery compartments. It never arrived. There was simply one response from them saying it was delivered on my mailbox. How can a heavy big furniture be placed inside a tiny mailbox hole?
I would like to proceed legally.

I have purchased items in October and still have not received them. Have been emailing customer support and only been getting the run around back and forth.
Has anyone been able to get a refund??

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER
I have ordered a cabinet and received a small package containing an cheap ring. I asked for refund, after 2 months of emailing they have still not sent me back my money and they are telling me they have suffered a great loss.

Vooisely scammed me as well... The mirror I ordered never arrived, they sent me a tracking number that says delivered (and even signed for!), but the item was never delivered, and the original tracking number was different. Their support stopped replying to me.

Scam…. Order a vanity mirror and received a small package contains a small ring!

Scammer Alert:
Bought 2 mirror jewelry boxes and received a fake ring. Says the warehouse must of made a mistake and they would refund me 30%. Told them I wanted 100%, and that I would even send the stupid ring back. Do not buy from them.

I bhought a mirror, that was suppost to be delivered in 2 weeks, maximum. It’s been already 2 months and the item has never arrived, although in the tracking link it says it has been delivered already.
I sent them several emails asking for informations about the product, and every time I get the same response, saying that I should check with the local post office, which I did but they never received the product.

Huge scam. A friend tried to buy a mirror there, they sent her a ring and the customer support told her that she can send the item back, paying for the shipping and then she would have to ask for a refund. They said that they can't send her the mirror that she ordered, because they are 'out of stock'.

I checked the website, the 'About us' section and any policy section and there's NO INFORMATION AT ALL about the company. No identification, no address. Nothing.

I ordered Jewelry Armoire with Full Length Mirror 360° Swivel, 3-Color and I received a cheap ring. The claim is still unsuccessful :-(

I ordered a jewellery cabinet/mirror on Oct 1st, received a shipping notification on Oct 3rd. Got a little suspicious after I hadn't received anything in a few weeks and the tracking page showed no activity since Oct 3rd, so I emailed requesting they check in and provide an update. In early-mid November, they said they were reshipping it, so I waited another week or so and followed the tracking online. Unfortunately when the package arrived, it was tiny and clearly did not contain the correct order. It contained a small and cheap-looking necklace.
I wrote back to the company and am being given the run around (I've been asked to send photos for proof multiple times, and each time they copy and paste the same reply with no resolution). I am now trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company as I have tried and tried with Vooisely... :( I do NOT recommend.

Vooisely is a scam!!! You buy a mirror and they send you faux jewelry in an envelope. Then they keep e-mailing you about giving you a 30% refund and then 50% etc so that they buy time to scam as many as they can. There is no info of a company or a store, they are fake ! Share this so that they don't fool other people...

Then why would we be dealing and corresponding together since this mess occurred?
