The piece was WAY overpriced for what I got. Based off their description and price, I thought I was getting the correct piece with the hose, but all they show is a box and not the item, just know it will not be what you want. My mistake was I didn't listen to the other reviews. The part I got goes for $4.50 to $7.89 where they charged $14.50 plus shipping $11.98 and if they piece weighed more then 6oz I would be surprised, so to charge $11.98 for the item to come in an envelope mailer is disgusting.

STAY AWAY!!!! I would give zero stars if possible! Worst experience with any business I’ve made a purchase from in my 50 years on this earth!
They didn’t have filter that I ordered, so they sent me a different version. Problem is it didn’t include a water drip tray like what was shown in the photo they listed. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they had shipped the correct filter. They were clearly wrong. The filter they sent had a different item number and was not the same as in their photo. They know they were wrong because they changed the listing for the filter as unavailable after I contacted them. After several attempts to request a return, I was finally emailed a return slip. However, I was not told that I would be paying for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Their policy states that these charges would be waved if the wrong item was delivered. They refuse to admit that the filter they shipped was not the filter that I ordered and was pictured on their website. I will be posting this review on every site I can find!
