I ordered an ash pendant with a silver chain and engraving. To date nothing has been received and just like other reviews they do not respond to my emails and telephone calls go unanswered. Cannot even leave a voice message as their mailbox is full.
Utterly disgraceful that this company steals money from grieving customers!
