Highly recommend!
These guys earned a top spot in my list of DSCR lenders. I have used may lenders before and vorfin stood out. I had a tough property needed refi out of the hard money loan. But it was declined a by my go to lenders due to my unique situation. But they were able to get it done! It had its obstacles, but I was very impressed with the results! Will definitely come back for the next BRRRR property.
