Excellent products but even better service. Ordered 2 Vortex Air Pro Plus fans and the delivery was within 2 days which is brilliant. On unboxing we could see the quality was excellent, the functions are great and the operation is quiet and smooth.
We had a little issue with one of the fans, and got in contact with their customer support, and got a response within a few hours. A day later we had the fan replace and was kept updated throughout. Its a rare find these days to find a company so customer focussed and wants to ensure the customer is satisfied above anything else. A huge shout out to Ros for the great support.

We now get to enjoy our new fans, which are brilliant, and when the bad weather comes around again we can enjoy the heat function, which we have already tested and is also great.

Heats room in no time

Got an absolute bargain on two of the vortexair. I wasn’t sure how the quality was going to be, but I’m pleasantly surprised & very impressed. Even without the offer, the fans are a good price, especially when compared to another certain brand!
They have 10 blower settings, temperature control, oscillate & a timer. I also didn’t realise they blow heat as well as cold air.
I was kept up to date from order to delivery, which was only 5 days in total.
I’m also impressed that the company reaches out to you not only to thank you for your order but also, once received, they reach out again to make sure you’re happy with their product.
If you’re looking for a good quality fan, this company has to be the first & last place you look.
All in all, buyer experience & quality of products are, in my opinion, second to none……Thanku Vortexair & Jules.😻

I contacted vortex on a Tuesday to see if I could purchase a replacement part
By Wednesday my query had been dealt with and the replacement base was in the way free of charge
To say I was super impressed is an understatement- I have had my vortex pro a couple of years and it was only an accident that caused the damage
The fan/ heater is useful all year round during summer heater for the other 50 weeks of the year
It is economical to run looks great and packs a punch hot or cold
It was purchased as a replacement for the mega expensive other brand and is in my opinion superior

This is the third Vortex fan/heater we have and we absolutely love them. The cooling fan is amazing and the heater is so powerful we dont need the central heating on. Very pleased.

Fast delivery and excellent product

Delivery was on time and I was kept informed at each stage. The Vortex Pro Plus is aesthetically beautiful. I have not used it a lot as yet but it is quiet and provides heating and cooling quite efficiently. I also like the personal emails received from Jules.
