The item is great and customer service is good my only complaint is it stated free next day delivery however I waited 6 days for mine. I emailed and was told it would be dispatched the same day but it wasn’t. Everything else was good and I’m happy with my item

Customer service at Vortex was great but the delivery was awful. They delivered to the wrong address then had no communication from the delivery company. Luckily Vortex had told me where it was delivered to so I could get it myself. Not what you expect when you are buying an expensive item. Can’t fault Vortex for their communication but DX express awful.

I’m very happy with my purches

Only use twice so far as got it for back up on heating. I’m sure it will also come in when to hot. Order was very well prepared very quick. Delivery service very pleasant gentleman delivered my parcel, even nearly at the end of shift still smiling.

The product looks like it will be great when I need cool air at night over the next coming months and it also looks very sleek. My issue is the trauma I had to go through to receive it as the delivery company you use are awful. I spent hours of my time on live chats and over the phone trying to get it sorted out as the driver allegedly could not find my house despite me giving instructions and my phone number so they could call me. Every other company finds my house with no issues so it was really frustrating.

To begin with the company responded very quickly and in a short time the product was delivered.

The product is everything Vortex claims and performs as well as major competitors models. I have one of those models and Vortex definitely gave it a run for the money.

Love it it’s so quiet

Vortex Air™ Cleanse - Bladeless Air Purifier hot and cold - do not waste your money! In blows out extreme hot air when cold and then warm air in summer! Doesn't purify the air at all.

No heat regulation, you can buy a fan and a cheap heater at a 3rd of cost that do same job

I got this in advance for the summer, so can't really tell you's if its good enough/value for money. However I have had a little blast of it and it does seem ok. Ordered it bank holiday Saturday and it arrived on the Tuesday, so very quick delivery. Delivery company handled it with care. Looks lovely and slim and I like that you can rotate the head of the fan rather than just centred. Only down side at the moment for me is the volume it makes.

Great fan plus heater

Great product! We ordered the vortex bladless fan heater and are very pleased with our purchase, the heat and fan settings work very well and the extra features like spin and timer are very handy. The remote with the product is also great as can change the settings without having to get up and go to the fan itself. Would highly recommend

I wanted to replace an old convector heater & fan in my conservatory for a dual purpose, neater unit. This fits the bill perfectly. Unfortunately as I wasn’t paying attention I ordered two units. I contacted Vortex & it was all sorted with no bother & a refund for the second fan was issued. I am using the heated option at the moment which is heating a medium sized conservatory. So far I’m very pleased.

Thank you for the very quick delivery. I haven’t tried it out yet. My only regret is having blue. Should have stuck to white. That was my fault not yours.
