I have sadly been disappointed with the service this tome. I am a returning customer and everything was great leading up to pick up day. On the day I was given the wrong information about the warranty, which cost me £399 extra ! The incorrect information meant that the policy was not suitable for my needs. I reported this and added for either yo be changed or cancel my purchase if the policy. I was told it would be changed. I have chased several times for the amended paperwork and I still haven't received it, now almost 5 weeks on. There were also a handful of minor issues with the car. A couple were sorted out but one has not, and my emails are now being ignored (i am not great on the phone). I totally appreciate I have bought an older car and it will not be perfect however the inspection checklist has it as checked and ticked .. indicating it is working fine ? .. so if it is not then surely it should be sorted out. I have just been told it is not covered.
I am so disappointed having had a great experience with them for my last car and at the start of this purchase.

Bought a car from Vortex a few weeks ago, no pressure to buy and was just left to look around the car and test drive it straight away. Loved the car but it had a couple of bodywork issues which were sorted before sale. A few days after I picked the car up I noticed it had a couple of issues. The car went back to Vortex and everything fixed under warranty. Very happy now.

Came across Vortex while looking for a newer car. My husband and I are so pleased with how we were treated. Any questions we had were answered in great detail. He was a lovely gentleman. Would definitely go here again if I ever need a new car

Great hospitality and quick service

Really lovely and very welcoming, the team were helpful and treated me like a valued customer which I hadn't had with a previous dealership. I opted to finance and whilst it took a little more than 5 mins to sort, I was really pleased with the new MOT on the vehicle and had the keys in my hands the following morning. Amazing service, thank you.

Steve at Vortex was absolutely brilliant to deal with. His colleague Matt was also fantastic. Bought an A5 sportsback at a really good price. The car was in mint condition. These guys applied no pressure at all and were honest, open and friendly. Customer service was A1 and would highly recommend to anyone nervous about buying a car.

Had a great experience with vortex cars today. Nothing was too much trouble. I had reversed a Dacia Duster and went to test drive it. Car was lovely so decided I would have it. I also part exchanged my car with them and nothing was too much trouble everything was done within half an hour and I was off with my new car. Very friendly staff too. Keep up the good work guys.

Very easy going and reliable service I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. After walking away empty handed on my first visit I left steve with my details and a description of the car I was after . Steve then contacted me less than a week later to let me know they had new stock in and I returned and ended up purchasing a car. I’m grateful for the dedicated customer service they really do put the customer first there was no pressure at all - which is what really made the process a lot more enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely be recommending them and would be happy to return to them again in the future. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

Great selection of cars within all prices ranges. The car i bought was a great price and in great condition I bought it with 12 month MOT and 1 month warranty. Again, very happy customer.

First time I have undertaken business with Vortex cars but definitely not the last. Normal practice is to buy second hand at the auction . Vortex will have my business straight off . No more auction when we have a class act like Vortex as a choice Honest and reliable after care . 12 months MOT + SERVICE .car has been a blinder thus far .

Honestly speaking, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Car had a few problems when I picked it up and was assured by salesman Jon that they would look after me……..how wrong was I, they sold me a rubbish warranty and then tried to use the warranty behind my back without my knowledge to repair the car’s issues that they said they would put right! Amazing how quick they turn from chirpy salesmen to not wanting to know after they have your money. Dragged their feet to get me over the 14 day cancellation period then said no money back. Eventually got half of the £499 I was charged and still issues with the car. If buying from these my advice would be to get a second opinion on the car.

Recently bought a car from Vortex, I couldn’t recommend enough, I was able to view the car without being watched or hassled. A very straightforward sale and a very pleasant salesman, thankyou Matt. I’m in love with my car!

Needed to buy a bigger car saw one at vortex cars phoned asked to view ,car was ready when we arrived,we liked the car great price and good part exchange deal on my Skoda,few jobs needed doing Steve said these would be done, before we collected it and as promised they were, no high pressure sales any questions we had were quickly answered Steve arranged the tax for us and all paperwork was present and correct ,if you want to buy a car I'd say go to Vortex a great team .

I picked this garage as I was recommended it from a friend, non pushy for a female buying a car and genuine. John was a pleasure to deal with and knowledgeable on all aspects of cars.
