UPDATE: it’s been over 3 weeks since they received my returned order. Still no refund. They keep replying that they need to inspect it. But it’s been over three weeks! My next move is to report this company for fraud. I really recommend everyone to never deal with these guys. Unless you have hundreds of $ to spare…
The products ship from China, not US. What they shipped looks nothing like what they advertised. Some poor quality plastic. Requested a return. Let’s see how that goes…
I have purchased from the official website so no, this is not a replica. Also, while processing the return I was told to pay for shipping, which cost me $90, and that they would extract %18 service fee and serum fee from the refund. I have not received any service and I have not received the serum! All around a scam company! Stay clear.

Electric shock via handle
Vortex Pro wand device delivered in December 2025. I had a trip planned so waited until late January 2026 to start using it. On February 2nd 2026 I received an electric shock whilst holding it, even though I was holding the plastic handle. I contacted them about my concerns with this unsafe product. I purchased in Australia via a website with an au domain, they want me to return device to China and at my own expense! They will not bypass their refund policy for any reason, even though it is a faulty product, and caused injury, they won’t start the refund process without my agreement to their policy which wants me to absorb the return shipping costs, restocking fees, and service fees. Their policy is not aligned with Australian consumer law for unsafe products and they refuse to start the refund process without my agreement to their terms.

Device is painful to use even at the lowest setting. Tried to return it a month later under their no questions asked money back guarantee, was given the run around, finally threatened a chargeback, was sent a long Google survey to authorize the return. Survey includes acceptance of policies including 18% restocking fee, self paid postage to CHINA, and a wait of 40 days for a refund.
Was contacted the same day I posted this review and asked to change it. “Clang” stated they were new to this role and apologized for my previous interaction. Read the rest of the reviews and you’ll see “Clang” has been working for the company a long time. Scam, scam, scam.
Great Customer Service
Subscriptions can be great or awful. My experience in getting my subscription paused was absolutely wonderful. I simply emailed the customer service department and Clang, my agent, took care of everything for me! No muss, no fuss, just helped me out. Very friendly demeanor and willingness to help... Not to mention that there was even a follow up email confirming my subscription had been adjusted! 10 out of 10 stars!

My husband notices my hair getting darker after a week of using it and my daughter accidentally got hold of my wand and broke two of my inserts and vortex was so helpful in accommodating me for free replacements, just need to pay the shipping fee😊 thank you Vortex!
Serum and Vortex Wand
I’ve been using the Serum together with the Vortex wand for a few weeks now. The scent is mild and doesn’t linger too much.
The bottle is quite small, but since you only need a few drops each time, it lasts longer than expected. So far, I’m happy with it and will keep using it to see longer-term results.

I didnt expect much at first
I didnt expect much at first, but Vortex surprised me. After a few uses, I can see changes in my hair and 'am loving it. I notice shredding at first but they say its normal, and believe them. Now, I noticed less hair fall and my hair feels thicker. Glad I gave it a try.

It's a great product because you can feel your scalp tingling and your follicles reacting to the stimulation. I've been using it for almost 3 months now and I've been told my hair looks thicker by family and my Barber at Supercuts. I use it 3 times a week for about 8 or 9 minutes and go slowly so that the follicles feel the stimulation deeply. I use it all over my scalp not just the thinning areas and it feels great. Be careful not to drop any of the glass combs/parts as you will need to order another one. I dropped my comb part and it shattered and had to order another one.
They refuse to cancel autoship
They refuse to cancel autoship. They told me they force people to purchase 3 times before you are allowed to cancel which is not anywhere on their site. I was going to agree to pause because I had not even finished my first bottle and I had 2 already with a 3 on the way. There is no need for me to continue buying bottles of the serum. Don’t subscribe to their autoship!

I purchased Vortex Pro recently. One of the head didn’t work after a few use and contacted the customer service. They were really fast responding and resolving the issue quickly.
As for how effective vortex pro as I received a week ago I can’t yet say, but certainly feel some changes, but not yet visible results.
I am overall very happy with my purchase.
Good customer service…eventually
I didn't receive my hair serum and the pro wand I ordered for my mom arrived with a broken wand. I was annoyed at first because I was given the run around. Even after having sent pictures of my order indicating that the serum was included in my order AND pictures of my mom’s broken wand which were time stamped to indicate our discovery of the broken wand shortly after its delivery. My email must’ve eventually landed in the inbox of a sensible person with good customer service because that person wasted no time shipping my serum and the replacement wand for my mom’s set.

I initially purchased my Vortex wand in November 2025. First use, the glass comb fell out of the wand and broke. And I actually took care to make sure it was secure, so I thought, before using it. I contacted customer service. They
immediately responded to my emails. I was told a shipping fee was required to replace via PayPal. However, since I don’t use Paypal everything fell flat. Frustrated, I reached back out in February for a replacement and RESPONSE TO MY CONCERNS HAVE BEEN TOP NOTCH!! A new replacement comb is ON ITS WAY Free of charge! My experience has been CONSISTENT, QUICK RESPONSE and FOLLOW UP COMMUNICATION to my needs from CustomerCare. Very professional. I am looking forward to getting my replacement comb. I will then share with you my results regarding product usage.
