Terrible customer service and no returns possible
Not only did it take months to receive my package but when I emailed to get return directions for sweaters that were too large they kept stalling in giving me the info , asking for photos. I’ve emailed them 4 times. It’s there tactic to push you to pass there return deadline so you can’t get a refund. Impossible customer service and I will never order through this company again.
