Thought I was buying a wood and glass frame. Instead it was all cheap plastic and the "glass" part has these sparkle spots in it. Very disappointed.

The frames look a little cheap, especially for the cost. I didn't realize plexiglass is soft and bendable; I thought it would be hard and more glass-like.

My frame is high quality and minimalistic. I love it!

The quality of these frames is NOT what they used to be. I’ve exclusively bought Vossington frames for the last 3 years. I pay more but they have the sizes and color I loved. But I ordered a new frame recently and the quality has gone way down. A frame I bought a year ago is much heavier, made from better materials, and just a much better quality than the new one that just arrived. If I didn’t know any better I’d think I ordered a cheap target frame. Not worth the extra money anymore. I’m so disappointed!

My frame arrived with a broken clip on the backboard. I spoke to customer service and requested another backboard. I sent the requested photos and problem was resolved. Everything done quickly and professionally. Customer service doesn't get any better than this. Thanks again Vossington.

I had a small problem with some of the frames I ordered and Hadisa addressed the problems immediately, going above and beyond. Very impressed with the Customer Service !

Overall quality of these frames has plummeted since my first purchase a few years ago. The frame colors didn't match, the weight of the frame is lighter, and the current product simply looks cheap next to the old one. I suspect the move from 'Made in Germany' to 'Made in China' is the reason for the compromised quality.

When I ordered these frames in the past, the backing of the frame was black. Now all the frames I've received recently are the color of cardboard and now look cheap.

We love our white wood, silver and light wood thin table and wall frames in different sizes. Will buy more!

Hi, the product was not the color I expected so I decided to return it. I contacted customer service via chat, but didn't receive a response although it has been a few days.
Edit: It turns out they were trying to contact me insistently and finally they got through. Sent me clear directions to return the item. Hence editing my review.

My initial frame arrive broken and the customer service was absolutely excellent. A new replacement frame was promptly shipped and arrived in perfect condition.

Waited for the 24 x 24 old gold frame to get back in stock. Shipped fast and packaged with great care. I was worried because it seems delivery companies don’t care about torn or ripped open cardboard. Love the frame! Totally beautiful and waiting for my signed print to go in it! Thank you very much! I tried to cancel about 5 minutes after I ordered b/c I ordered the wrong size however I could only email them (no cancel button) and I didn’t get a response until over a week later and the frame had already been delivered. All they could offer me was half my money back to keep it or a full return for my $ back. Not good enough.

I did receive a response from their team and the situation is settled. I do appreciate the response - at least at this juncture.
