Dont waste your time

I assume this is just a one-man show that's gone out of business or a scam. Dont waste your time, they dont reply to emails or online submissions.

Don’t wast your time they never reply

Don’t wast your time they never reply.
I created an account and sent 2x unused cards totalling $200 for review and never heard from them. I sent an email through their contact page and again never heard back. I now tried to set up another account with a different email and sent the cards through for review and yep you guessed it! Still haven’t heard a single thing. Maybe they have gone out of business

Hi Michelle,

We have no record of any complaint from you regarding this issue.

Please send an email to support@voucha.com.au with more information and we are happy to investigate.

As a general note:

1. We have been operating since 2017 and we are far from "fake" or a "scam" as you have false claimed.

2. We do not use gift cards that have been sent to us for processing, and under no circumstances do we share any gift card details with any third-parties until we have paid a seller.

3. You have stated that you reside in Singapore - we are Australian-based and we only deal with Australian residents.

Should you wish to discuss the matter further, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,
Dan

I recommend Voucha.com.au

I have used Voucha to both buy and sell gift cards. On each occasion everything has gone smoothly and I would recommend them to others looking for a bargain or trying to get rid of a card they don't want for money.
