I ordered their Multi Molecular Hyaluronic Retinal Serum after seeing their ad on IG. The dispenser did not work AT ALL and I left a one-star review on their website, it was deleted the day after.
I am trying to get a refund but they only allow for a substitution of the product. Won't buy from them ever again.
Update after reply: Since your agreement does not include the possibility to schedule a UPS pickup, I need to bring it myself to the closest UPS point. I need to find the time to get there but rest assured I will drop off the faulty product soon.

In order to send replacement, you have to send the “broken” product back to us. We cover the standard shipping cost of sending the “broken” product back to us, but not if you book premium additional delivery service. We have sent you the return label and you haven’t handed out the return package to UPS.
If you want the refund, you still have to send the “broken” product back to us. We can’t refund you while you keep the product.

Update 05.11.2024:
The pump ended up working – we have sent you video proof while opening your return. We refunded the amount minus cost (return plus processing fee) because the product is not broken. If the product is broken, there would be no return and processing fee.
Immediately relieved my skin issues
I have ordered the High-Dose Multi-Molecular Hyaluronic Serum with 8 different types of hyaluronic acids, 8x peptides and niaciamide. Awesome products that immediately relieved some of my skin issues. Dry skin. I have used it now already for 2 weeks and will definitely continue and try other products as well. I hope they will keep up their promise of qualitative ingredients and developed formulas in the future.
