Ordered a month back but still waiting and after reading the reviews I have no expectations on the quality(if by chance I receive the order)... Waste of money and time... Just writing this review to save yours.

For me, Facebook lost little reputation for promoting such adds.

No reply to emails very crafty social campaign with fake feedback. Not happy I bought x2 for my kids.

I am still waiting for my order with no response from the firm to my e-mails.I think they are scam.I wish I have read the reviews before ordering

I placed and order with thiis company onJune 15,2019 and today is July 12, 2019, and still have not received my order, nor have they responded to 3-4 inquiries. Im very dissatisfied with this company's business practice. I will never order from them again.

Dreadful. Order confirmed on June 11 and have still not received the product. They don’t reply to emails. Don’t think I’ll get my money back, shipping back to USA would cost more than they are worth.
Deceptive advertising, easy to think they are being shipped from UK.

Didn’t even receive product so can’t rate the quality look or feel. But can definitely warn you against wasting your money. Complete deception! People suck, buy a dog.

Well what did I expect for £22... they work, but are far bigger than apples, don’t hold charge more than 30 mins and one ear talks in Chinese and one in English! Not the best sound quality, but they do work. Very cheap imitation and no customer service once bought... but what do you expect for the price!

Yes absolute crap.. lesson learnt... do your full research before buying.. the cable got too hot at charging & could be dangerous...

The company advertises they are reinventing they are simply reselling.
I purchased the same ones on ebay for 1/2 price. I gave them 2 stars because they at least got sent and work.
They delete any adverse posts on their Facebook site

What a pile of cr*p. They are massive and don't actually fit in your ear correctly. Oh yeah - returns - ship back to USA - will cost more in shipping

No surprise!! Earbuds don’t work. Cheap and absolutely very bad quality. But then again, they were cheap. Less money, low quality. Advice: don’t buy!!

Just received my Voxbuds this afternoon. Tried to connect them to my iPhone, but one would only speak Chinese. LED lights did not work as advertised on their website. Put in charger for four more hours, but still would not connect - and the button on the Chinese speaking bud fell out! These are JUNK!! I'm trying to get my money back, but no response from customer service - may try credit card dispute.

Extremely cheaply made Chinese copy. The sound intermittently cuts in and out as BlueTooth signal keeps dropping out. Happens on all devices. The ear piece itself is not held securely in place and wobbles out even when walking. Powering on the left ear says something in Chinese and the right says "power on" in English. Instructions are printed extremely small and difficult to read. The look and feel of them is very cheap indeed with the cheapest plastic used. The charger cable, socket and LEDs are of very poor quality. Using the headphones the sound is similar if not poorer than a set of cheap earphones. It is tinny, lacks any base at all and at higher volume simple "fuzzes". All in all a waste of money which I am trying to recover but after asking for a refund they simply directed me to their refund policy which states "IF WORN YOU MAY NOT GET A REFUND" so by their own words if you buy them, use them, find out how very bad they are, you lost your money. That said the Consumer Contract Law will step in if they refuse to refund me and I will also pop this review onto social media and review websites as I suspect they will remove it. I would seriously think before giving them money - they are quite simply a VERY cheap and VERY nasty copy of a very good brand. I am buying the real ones after this lesson has been learnt - please! Save you cash!
