I would be very cautious booking with…

I would be very cautious booking with Voyage Privé.
After booking, we were notified of a data incident involving one of their partners. Soon after, we were targeted by a convincing phishing scam and our bank details were compromised.
Despite this being linked to their partner network, they refused to refund our deposit or waive cancellation fees when we cancelled for security reasons. Instead, they relied entirely on their terms and conditions and showed no real accountability.
Very disappointing experience and poor customer support. I would not book with them again.

Voyage Prive sold us a nightmare

Voyage Prive sold us a luxury, lavish, and quality holiday!
In reality it was our worst ever holiday. WHITE CONCEPT CAVES are not caves but concrete cells with very basic facilities. Congealed breakfast, that arrived with less and less each day. The shower was blocked with sewage coming back up, for five out of seven days. The hot tub was freezing and filthy, again only fixed after five days. The concrete bed gave for an excruciating sleepless night added with the loud noises from the laundry down below. The place is not a hotel or in any way boutique. It is run by a very young unqualified teenager who really seemed embarrassed by our daily complaints. No bar and no restaurant- no real holiday. The manager who visited once on our stay was moody and dismissive. We complained both to the hotel (joke) and Voyage Prive all to little avail. We managed to use the hot tub and shower for the last whole day!!! We are still waiting a response from Voyage Prive who said we had to re start our whole complaint again via the on line form but again nothing!
We will obviously be taking this further

Disgusting holiday, appalling customer service

We booked a holiday at White Concept Caves Santorini through Voyage Privee. Voyage Privee claim to offer luxury. White Concept Caves claim to offer luxury and quality.

The hotel was neither luxury or quality. The shower was blocked and dirty water built up on use. The hot tub was cold and filthy with brown scum around the water line. We complained to the hotel. Nothing was done. After 24 hours we complained th Voyage Privee. 2 days later we got a response to say that the hotel manager had said that all was OK. I am sure it was as she was taking our money for providing crap service. We kept complaining to Voyage Privee and eventually after 5 days the hot tub was actually cleaned and the shower unblocked properly. And now 2 weeks after our return home voyage privee still haven't made an offer of compensation for this disgusting experience, or even responded to us. Very keen to take your money, not keen on caring about customers.

A fantastic 3 centred holiday in Thailand from start to finish this was a 5 star experience.. transfers, location, facilites upgrades, communication.. Totally exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend

Very unhelpful customer service

Very unhelpful customer service, would not make the effort to edit an invoice because they only want to use an automated system. Do not use for business travel.

Avoid nile cruise tours in Egypt

We booked a 5 star Nile cruise including 4 star Cairo hotel package. On arriving in Cairo on the first day our itinerary changed and we were allocated different hotel and boat which ended up 2-3 star at best. We complained to Voyage Prive but 2 weeks later we are still waiting for a response. I do not recommend any voyage Prive packages where they do not state the exact accommodation details. I will be avoiding these types of trips in future.

Poor customer service and rude staff

First time booking with VP, I have yet to travel on my vacation, which is set for early June. I will not be booking with VP again and the experience I've had so far has been unpleasant and left me a bit anxious for the trip itself. I misspelt my surname on my booking (including flights) by 1 letter and immediately (within hours) reached out to VP to correct it, which I assumed would be a quick fix if dealt with promptly on my end. I spoke to 3-4 people on customer service over the phone from VP, 1 person on modifications from VP over email, and 2 people at Aegean airlines all with the hope of getting this small issue corrected. Worth noting they (VP) have a call directory for whether your issue is related to the crises in the Gulf area. Since my issue is not related to this, I did not select this option and still got through promptly. All calls made to VP and Aegean were extremely quick to get through. Despite that, from the beginning the staff on the customer service line at VP were rude (Aegean very friendly). I was told repeatedly that they could only change my surname for the flights booked through EasyJet, not Aegean, and that I would have to do so at the airport when leaving my holiday. I spoke to Aegean Airlines directly twice and they said that VP could in fact change my name on the ticket, but they had to call Aegean directly. Aegean provided me with a phone number which VP could do so, which I provided to them. They (VP) still came back saying they could not change my name on the ticket.

Not sure why this small mistake was not fixable, considering the ticket provider was very clear to me that it was if VP made an effort to do so. Regardless, it hasn't left me feeling very optimistic for the rest of the trip. Very much hoping it all goes smoothly so I don't have to speak to these customer service people again. Will be avoiding VP entirely in the future.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They don’t inform you of significant flight changes and also accept these changes without speaking to customers, they breach their own terms and conditions and travel package regulations, they also say they escalate to senior management team but nobody contacts you and calling customer service or messaging them is taking you nowhere because they tell you there is nothing they can do. They should not be allowed to trade, they break the rules. I am now contacting ABTA to log a formal complaint against them.
Absolute scammers! Avoid!

Poor communication with voyage prive

Been on many holidays with voyage prive
Won’t be booking again
Stranded in Maldives for a week customer service very poor
Cost £7000extra for 4 people and been offered less than £300 back
Lost for words
Took 40 days to sort
Lost count of how many e mails and phone calls
Got holiday booked to Dubai with voyage prive on 1 May 2026
Voyage still saying it’s going ahead
How can we go on holiday to Dubai with no insurance
Other travel agents cancelled a few weeks ago
Really disappointed

Voyage Prive is also there to assist their Clients. Clients are always issued an emergency contact which puts the client at ease. I was once stucked on an Island and got rescued by Voyage Prive.
