Friendly helpful staff. Clean hotel. Good location.

Have had wonderful holidays through Voyage Prive. Booking is straight forward, hotels are excellent, wellcoming and spotless. I can't praise them enough.

What I also like is that they are easy to speak to and helpful. 5 stars all the way for us

Just returned from another fantastic holiday booked through Voyage Prive, this time to Kreata! We had great holiday. We did have a small hiccup when checking in on line on our way back when we discovered our baggage hadn’t been included. We had to pay extra, but as soon as we contacted Voyage Prive, they sorted it out immediately and reimbursed us for the cost. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a company handles them that shows their true colors. Their customer service is brilliant and we will absolutely book with them again.

Very poor organisation and handling of our holiday

Our experience with Voyage Privé was extremely disappointing and fell far below what we would expect from a professional travel company.

We booked a week in a hotel, including half board and an airport transfer. From the very beginning, there were serious organisational problems:

* Despite the transfer being included in our booking, no airport transfer had actually been arranged. We only discovered this on the morning of our departure and had to contact Voyage Privé’s emergency service ourselves to resolve the issue and contact the transfer company ourselves.
* We were only informed after landing that our booked hotel had been cancelled to a completely different property. Had we known before travelling, we could have discussed alternatives or reconsidered the trip.
Leading to think that mean Voyage Privé never ensured that everything was confirmed and ready with our booking.
* The replacement hotel was a completely different target/sized hotel on a different part of the island, whereas we had specifically chosen an adults-only hotel with half board in a lively area. This was not simply a change of hotel, but a significantly different holiday experience.
* When we requested a solution, communication was extremely slow and required repeated phone calls and follow-ups from us and had to deal directly with the third party instead of speaking to Voyage Privé.
* We had to lead all the discussions to be able to go back to our original hotel several days after arriving and we were never offered the room originally booked despite apparently having standard rooms available.
* We also experienced further issues with the airport/Hotel transfers and were sometimes given important information only at the last minute, making it difficult to plan the activities of our day.

What is particularly frustrating is that we spent a significant amount of our holiday dealing with problems that should never have occurred in the first place. Instead of relaxing, we had to repeatedly contact Voyage Privé, the local representative and the hotels simply to obtain the services we had already paid for.

Based on our experience, we would NOT recommend Voyage Privé and would advice anyone to think twice before booking a holiday through them.

Very disappointed. I booked a packaged holiday, or so I thought. I selected their with flight option and selected the airport and departure date and duration. Only when I paid that the booking tells me that no flight is included. So I tried to reach them to cancel it and get my refund. Only to be told that no cancellation or refund on their end. Not sure if system issue or they are just a fraud company. Just utterly gutted and disappointed.

I made a similar booking and same thing happened showing selected airport and depart date and duration then calculated the price. When I did the booking (the one I’m disputing) I paid, then miraculously no flights included. That is fraud.

Everything was as expected, no pblms, no surprise.

Great price and good service

Booking was easy. Hotel as expected even little extras like included cocktails offered although did have to ask for the late check out which was part of the package. Hotel didn’t seem to be aware of this but did honour it.

So far very good service. Professional, reliable and informative. Good price and good deals.

Very synchronised picups etc. Lovely hotel. Fabulous location.

Misleading advertising and impossible complaints process

Very disappointed with Voyage Privé. We booked the Kenzi Menara Palace in Marrakech after it was advertised as a 5-star hotel, but our experience was nowhere near five-star standard. The hotel was tired and poorly maintained, with serious cleanliness and hygiene issues, including an unclean room on arrival, dirty restaurant tables, flies around uncovered buffet food, insufficient serving utensils and extremely poor snack-bar provision. The reality simply did not match the luxury experience Voyage Privé advertised.

Trying to complain has made matters worse. Voyage Privé’s online complaints form has a mandatory booking-reference field, but it will not allow me to enter my booking reference. The complaint therefore cannot be submitted because the same field remains “incomplete”. This effectively prevents customers from using their official complaints process.

We were given the mobile eSIM with data, offered as part of the package through Voyage Privé, only to discover that it is not compatible with all mobile phones. This important limitation was not made sufficiently clear before purchase.

For a company selling supposedly luxury holidays, I expected far better transparency, quality control and customer service. Voyage Privé should take greater responsibility for ensuring that the hotels and additional services it promotes actually live up to the way they are advertised.

It was as descibed although i would like to have the option for something more even if i have to pay extra (ie parking space since i went there by car)

We were looking for a varied stay and your Bali trip fitted our criteria..
The accommodation in each resort was lovely with boutique small hotels provided.
The transfers were spot on too .
All in all we were very happy with our 18 night holiday with you .

VP was there when I needed. Price was good and quality of accommodation high.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We especially appreciated their professionalism, attentiveness, and availability. The service was fast, efficient, and well organized. We both felt very well taken care of, and the whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

We highly recommend Voyage Privé for the quality of its service and the professionalism of its team. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book more trips with Voyage Privé in the future. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great travel experience!
