Biggest scam site on the web hands…

Biggest scam site on the web hands down. I was playing the pepped pepperoni game spun at $60 won a bound round. I ended up winning around $5390.00 in 25 free spins .. I look at my balance and they only added $53.90. I have screen shots of each big win and basically every spf in because it was so wild. It shows my bet amount and starting balance and ending balance. I’ve contacted these scammers more than a few times asking for my money .. they keep trying to tell me I don’t know the rules of the game therefore everything was paid correctly .. first off I’ve played that game daily for nearly 2 years I know exactly how it pays and how you win I then screen shot the exact rules and how to play info directly from pragmatically website and they’re still claiming those aren’t the rules … because of course the games creator wouldn’t know the rules of the game they created right ? It’s blatant that they just don’t want to pay so they keep stalling saying it’s been escalated to the proper team and that was 4 days ago and no movement whatsoever and I’m almost 100 percent sure their “live chat ‘ is a completely Ai. It’s the same three names anytime day and night and they all use the precise scripted details generalized replies .. they refuse to transfer me to a supervisor even though I’ve asked 4 days in a row multiple times a session and they claim they’re equipped to handle everything but then offer zero help and just gas light you and try manipulating you into into thinking you’re wrong and that you’re some kind of liar when in reality through the ones that are lying and it’s blatantly obvious and when you try to call them out on it with valid reasons of why they’re incorrect they respond with. is there anything else I can help you with? What did you help me with? Did nothing you made matters worse and then you refuse to give me a paying customer opportunity to speak to supervisor which I have the right to do at any point then I decide necessary, so who are you to tell me that I can’t do that. I’m pretty sure it’s a violation of my rights. Anyways I have video and screenshot proof and transcripts of the conversations. These crazy scammers are trying to pull and it’s unbelievable. The crazy thing is is I can’t yet put my finger on if they’re literally trying to mess with people‘s heads and playing dumb on purpose as a strategy or if they’re really that ignorant and don’t even know how their own games work on their own website and I’m talking about anybody that I’ve spoken to including this ““ specialized team doesn’t even exist that you know point fingers too. You’re acting like they’re a come I’ll be all in that. Yo what they say goes but they’re literally incorrect. They’re basing their information off of the regular spin not the bonus round is completely different rules and I’ve identified that directly from pragmatic players website in my own common knowledge of playing the game for almost 2 years on a daily basis. How would you have people working at this casino that I’ve never even played these games or have any clue how they work or the fact that there’s a difference between how bonus rounds are one and regular spins are one I mean are you serious like you work at a casino you have one job how do you not know how this works it’s embarrassing and I don’t know if it’s literally they’re doing it on purpose to screw people‘s heads or if they’re literally that ignorant and incompetent I have no idea the point of it is is they owe me $5390 and they refuse to pay it and I’ve threatened legal action. I’ve threatened to go to the Karako gaming commission I’ve I’ve done everything and they don’t care. It’s just the same AI responses one out to the next step to the next same thing over and over again now the latest thing is, they’re trying to tell me that they need me to take screenshots of my betting history and my transaction history to before they can proceed any further that the gaming team is requesting that before they can move forward hi Ericka it’s your job and the law that you keep records of every single spin by every single one of your players every single time if you don’t have that, I believe you need to be audited because that’s not even legal and the fact that I know that they have them and they can access them with a snap of finger and they’re claiming that they need them for me before they can move forward because they don’t have access to them, but then when I go to take the screenshots of them, coincidentally all my gaming history and transaction history is gone. It’s just blankon a site that I’ve played at for weeks upon weeks. There’s nothing just gone so now they’re trying to cover their tracks thinking that that’s gonna get them over the hump. I’m high when you get subpoenaed to produce those records and if you truly don’t have them, you’re screwed as it is, but they need to go to jail and lose their game license perm
