Ordered a vape device from VPD but unfortunately, after a few months, it fell apart.
I emailed VPD customer service but received zero response.

I'm surprised that the service is so bad, especially as I have ordered from VPD many times in the past without issue.

I will attempt a chargeback via my debit card.

What a disgusting company, I wish I had checked them on here first, they had me for £41 ( WELL THEY THINK THEY DID ) I will go for them from every angle my father is a pensioner

Ordered a Smoke vape in May, not received and no response to emails. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Rip off merchants

Nothing arrived, no reply to my email for over 2 weeks, seems like a con. Must remember in the future to first visit Trustpilot before placing an order

Recently purchased an ex display tank at a great price. Received tank today in original box with spare coil & seals. Delivered within 72hrs of buying. Would definitely use again.

Bought an e cig that wouldn't work even payed £5.55 to send it back to be signed for, but they will not answer my e.mails plus i have not received the money back they have signed the receipt so they have received it but A BIG FAT NOTHING. AVOID

Bought a vape, vape arrived but is faulty. Emailed for a return but emails ignored. Wasted £20.

Ordered next day delivery on the 22nd of October still not received the vape (8 days later ),no phone number to contact them ,emailed them 3 times with no replay ,waste of time ,now I need to spend a hour on the phone to the bank to arrange a charge back

Terrible experience,ordered a mod but after 1 week still no sign.Emailed 4 times but no reply,so searched net and found there phone number.
Spoke to a member of customer services who said it was out of stock.So she said will look at what they have in my price range etc.and promised to email within the hour.
That was a Friday,still no email by Tuesday so I rang and cancelled order.
I've read that all the great deals on there site are usually sold out,it seem Ebay resellers buy the lot.

They took my money, never sent my order and are now ignoring my emails. They turned over almost £27 million last year, I see how, by cheating people. Avoid them like the plague unless you like giving you money away!

Having read the reviews on here I wasn't hopeful but I called the number and spoke to a lovely lady who assured me my items would arrive today and they did I will definitely buy from them again so don't believe these bad reviews try them for yourself excellent company to deal with

My order was shipped but did not have my door number on it so royal mail sent it back,have emailed vpd three times but no reply

AVOID. Goods ordered and paid for Premium Shipping (Royal Mail 24 Tracked). 10 days later goods have not even shipped. No response to 3 emails or phone call. Luckily I used VISA and have raised a chargeback with my bank.

I have not received my order just like many others on here. I have emailed them twice but they have not replied. Do not order from this company. They’re obviously scammers. There is a telephone number on the website which is 0131 322 8180. This number is constantly busy, which is no doubt an intentional act by the company. Disgraceful company, which I’m reporting to Trading Standards. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

As with other reviewers I was sucked in with tanatalising prices and stupidly placed an order. No sign of it even after nearly 3 weeks. their website gives you a support email address if you have any problems which I have used almost on a daily basis, and to date I have had no acknowlegement from them for any of the messages I have sent. Hope is at hand the general concensus is that if you pay by debit card you don't have a leg to stand on.... not so most of the other reviewers managed to get their banks to issue a 'charge back' mine wasn't that keen but have put it to dispute and refunded my money. So don't muck about CALL YOUR BANK and next time never mind the money don't waste your time with these people

They have had my money for over 3 weeks I have sent 6 or 7 emails had one reply with them admitting it’s their fault and sold out of stock items by mistake. Have not refunded me. I have raised a chargeback against the company from my bank to force a refund I obviously have all evidence to back it up. I have reported them to trading standards and also planning on contacting the ICO due to data protection laws. Only used this vape company with this email address and I have had LOADS of emails from 3rd party vaping shops so they are probably (note I am not 100% sure) and no expert so do own research, but are likely selling your data. Also had scam text messages and robot phone calls about claiming for car crash etc, encourage you to ALL do the same. If they breach the rules and hefty law fines will follow.

They deliberately sell at a low price but on every product oversell the product and have not sent out items kept my money and will not reply to messages. Has this happened to you? CONTACT YOUR BANK and ask them to issue a charge back against them, you will be refunded from your bank and the company will receive a Fine and processing fees so if everyone done this the company will shut down in No time. They are connected to VPZ vape company so ring your local store and complain to them also report them to trading standards please note the below

Absolutely ridiculous company. No phone number, order not fulfilled. Emails ignored. Finally after 2 weeks get an email saying they will refund me because neither item is in stock and they are having technical difficulties with the web site which is why the mods are still available for sale. No, just no. If you were a legitimate company, that doesnt mess people, about then you would have a customer service number. My advice. Don't buy from them at all.

So I was a little unsure about ordering from this website due to the lack of reviews and the amazingly cheap prices! I am so glad I did! Items were as described and arrived within 24 hours!!! The prices are so low I managed to get 2 for less than the usual price of 1! Great service! Thank you!

I ordered 5 items you refunded me for one just received my parcel I normally received 3 items the is missing sorry we nearly 8 days I like them gone missing not happy
