I get quick withdrawal and support team has been really helpful. My relationship manager seemed to have good amount of knowledge of the product.

I lost 5k in usdt as their email address supposedly got hacked. I had been in touch with Yilin Tan, who sent me a usdt address to deposit via email on oct 5th. But on the same day I got another email from the companies general support with another usdt address.

Then 11 days later on Oct 16th, I searched through my email for the usdt address, found the email from the general support, and transferred 5000 usdt to the address mentioned there. After that, I sent a message to ms Tan to confirm my transfer, but then she told me that that usdt address was not from their company. She told me the companies general support email had been compromised, and someone had sent me a false usdt address.

It’s because ms Tan had sent the cc to the companies general support that the hackers knew I was going to make a deposit. Only after I sent her the transfer confirmation on oct 16th, she told me there was an issue with the email address.

What disappoints me the most is that there was 11 days between the email with the wrong usdt address sent to me and my deposit. So easily vpfx could have warned me about the issue, as there was plenty of time, but it didn’t.

So now my money is gone due to a security issue and negligence from their side. I've asked several times for compensation, but they didn't respond. I will be taking further steps.

Still no response after several emails. Complaint submitted with FSA in Malaysia.
