I ordered Vox Valvetronix VT20X 20 Watts Guitar Combo Amplifier on 08-Aug-2026. While ordering the website shows that order will be despatched in 4-5 hours but I got it delivered 22-Aug-2026. Despite chasing their Gurugram support number, WhatsApp message, no response from VPLAK whatsoever. The funny thing is you will reach an automated message of out of working hours during the working hours. This clearly shows they don't have any support number to reach to should you need any help. After opening the amp, there is no sound coming from the amp, I emailed my query on 28-Aug-2026 and to this moment, no response to my email nor anyone contact me on how to resolve this issue. To me 24,900 to the drain. Please don't buy any product from this company. They are fraud.

I ordered a product which was listed in their website, however after ordering they called me and informed that the product is discontinued. They offered me to upgrade to newer model with additional payment, which I accepted relectuntaly. However post that everything was processed smoothly and got the order.

The price on Vplak was the lowest online and I got the product on EMI without any processing fees on Credit Card.
Product was original.
Information on Delivery Tracking can in improved. Overall best Rate and service.

I recently purchased a Denon receiver from vplak. I found their price offering very competitive. As this was a high value purchase, a sales representative curated the buying process from order placement till the delivery, which was assuring. After delivery, as this was an upgrade over my existing receiver, the setup was done by me. However, I found the product being genuine. I am yet to explore vplak's technical support as I just started enjoying my new receiver. Thanks vplak team.

My relative gifted me a Mission LX2 speaker and he ordered it through vplak. I was travelling when it arrived. When i opened the box, both speakers have physical damage, and one of the speaker is not working. Tried reaching out to them over phone for 3 days, no response. Emailed them and waiting for response.

Update:
Received a call back and they promptly shipped the order and I received it on time. The online shopping and post order customer service has room for improvement but one thing is undeniable- they offered the best price and authentic product. Their executives reached after my initial review. Since it was my first and only experience with them, I’m updating my review.

Once you place an order, don’t expect them to return calls. They will aggressively follow up until you place the order. After that no updates, no mails. You’re on your own. They won’t even answer your mails or messages. Not trustworthy at all!

Vplak team handled everything well, and I would definitely consider using their services again. They mostly Listed Brand new upcoming limited stocks Products. Arranging them and shipping sometime delay incase they are not able to arrange they just refund you within a week. I have Ordered 4 Products got 3 of them and a refund which they could not arrange me. I love to purchase for my self and suggest you to Trust them Again.

1. Improve your Customer contact Responce Systems (Call, Message, Mail reply)
2. Improve your Website (Currently it feels like Outdated non-Functional)

Don't answer the phone after receiving the money. Not a very trusting and good site for your online shopping.

After a long delay and several follow-ups, I finally received my KEF speakers on 20th july after one month follow up The product is genuine and in good condition. However, the communication during the order process was poor, and I had difficulty getting updates after making full payment. The issue was eventually resolved. I hope the company improves its customer communication and delivery updates in the future.”

I ordered a Roland RP-107 from VPLAK on 1st July 2026. The website stated delivery within 3-5 days.

There were initial delays from their side and for the first 2 weeks there was very poor communication. Customer support gave different delivery dates and no proper tracking info, which led to a lot of follow-ups and frustration.

However, after repeated follow-ups, they did start sharing more transparent updates and the product was finally delivered. The Roland RP-107 arrived in perfect condition and well packed.

My feedback to VPLAK: The product quality and delivery are fine, but please improve on communication and transparency. If you share accurate timelines upfront, it will save customers a lot of stress.

Would consider ordering again if support improves.

Hi guys, I usually don't write a poor review untill n unless there is something really very serious issue encountered with.
I used this platform to purchase a projector, placed an order for the product for COD.
I received a confirmation call from VPLAK stating 20% of the total amount must be paid in advance to process the order for COD.
Upon paying the stated 20% of the amount, they confirmed and processed my order.
Nxt day I received a call from VPLAK stating that the product is no longer available in the store you can buy a different model of the product with slightly increased price but I didn't give my consent although they confirmed from their own and processed the product for delivery. I asked for my refund. Then I came to know the ugly and dark face of this poor ecommerce platform.
I am struggling from last 10 days to get back my refund.
Conclusion: Non reliable ecommerce platform, poor management, poor and rough behaviour of staffs.

I wish I had read more reviews before ordering. The attractive price may look like a bargain, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend caution—if anything goes wrong with your order, you may find yourself spending far more time and effort chasing support than the initial savings were ever worth. My experience has raised serious concerns about the reliability of this seller and the quality of their after-sales support.

I ordered a Samsung EVO Plus 32GB memory card, but I received a lower-grade Samsung EVO card instead of the product that was advertised and ordered.

After noticing the issue, I contacted customer support multiple times through both email and phone. Despite several follow-ups, I did not receive a clear resolution or even a timeline for correcting the mistake. The lack of communication and accountability was extremely frustrating.

My concern is not only that the wrong product was delivered, but also that the issue remained unresolved despite repeated attempts to contact the company.

Based on my experience, I would advise potential buyers to carefully verify the product they receive and not choose this seller solely because of a lower price. Consider the quality of customer support as well, because that becomes important when something goes wrong.

Bought 19k worth of Yamaha Keyboard 2026 jan 14 , they never ship the product and will try to delay until you reach the point you cannot report it officially via your bank portal. They will call you and say the specific model is not available and will waste time recommending you another model . Luckily i paid via Credit Card and was early enough to report fraudulent transaction via my bank portal , once its over 30 days or 45 days you cannot officially file a complaint and loose your money. I haven't got refund as of now since i just filed the report . I just want you guys to not to fall for it and always choose trusted sites like Amazon , Fllipkart , you pay
