Awful experience that it appears many people have shared in as well. I was contacted by Robert at VPM exactly a year ago now with a guarantee to sell 6 weeks of my timeshare for $2394. After 6 months I received no legitimate offers. I did try to contact them through numerous emails and calls, never to be responded to by them again. At one point in October I actually got through to customer service. They put me on hold, I was disconnected shortly thereafter, and since then my phone has been blocked from getting through. I tried to settle my grievance with the BBB, with no success on their part. If you have experienced this same problem, get in on the class action suit, 609 577 5008. If you are reading this to do your research, do not move forward with this company. This is an obvious ongoing scam.

SCAM
Do not do business with this company.
I am REPOSTING this to add the urgency to contact Patricia Johnson at 609-577-5008 as she needs your info to add to the list of the group that is filing a class action suit. We are just days away from getting this done. Just today she asked me to help get the word out.
I invested (gave away) $2394.00 March 3 of 2022 to VPM Services for their marketing services (not really) and also got duped like the rest of you. The bandit who stole my money said his name was Ronald Donaldson with a real estate license of TC55701 and I talked to him several times during the first few weeks. Then after that every call went to his voice mail and I was calling his cell phone, 325-257-3793 also too. When the 180 days was almost up I sent letters that came back as no such company at their address (on their letterhead, hmmm) and I did call their main number on the letterhead 800-873-0127 and asked for him by name and they just transferred me to his Extn 187. I did get a letter May 18th instructing me to make a reservation at the Polynesian Isles Resort in Kissimmee, Florida for 9/3/22-9/10/22. I called in to the main number as I was just to see if they had anything open during that timeframe, and then call VPM. Well, of course my contact Robert was not in so I then got told to not hold the room, and let the Polynesian know immediately I would not need the room after all. After that no other contact from or to them right up to today has happened. I am a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran and my wife and I could really use that money. (like take a vacation with it!) address and phone number. I will be contacting Patricia on Monday regarding the Class Action suit. We will get our money back some day. But at age 75 I may not be around when this is over. Keep the faith people.

Company misrepresents its product and is unable to perform according to the terms of the agreement they have with you. You can no longer connect with them to update the status of your property.
I have been unable to contact them for months. I paid them for 4 weeks, never got one offer. The number they gave me has been blocked. I filed a fraud case with my credit card company, but because we have to wait 6 months they declined it. The number on my credit card bill goes to Blue Cross/Blue Shield?? I just seen that there is a class action suit, I WILL be calling that number.
This company is a fraud. I wish I was able to give them negative stars but not an option. Once they promise you a service, get your money they cut off all communication. It’s been almost a year since that dreadful phone call from Vacation Property Management Services. Not able to reach them by phone, put on hold by a third party company and on hold for over an hour. Stay away from this company. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I was suckered in. I even contacted the BBB and filed a complaint but after 3 attempts the BBB could not get in contact with this company. Vacation Property Management Services is a FRAUD!!!
This company is a TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD!!!!! They promise you a return but instead take your money up front and you never hear from them again. Try to call them after a signed contract and they will put you on hold for 60-90 seconds, then come back on and say all of their reps are busy and they will call you back. I called every 3 days for 3 weeks and was told the exact same story. I turned this company in to my local FRAUD authorities and the Attorney General.
I too was scammed by this company. I paid my $ in February and have NOT sold 1 vacation week. They are blocking all of us! I will be calling on Monday to join the class action suit 609-577-5008 as well as contacting the Attorney General in the State of Maine for prosecution of fraud! I suggest everyone join the class action suit because that is the best way to get our money back! Cant call anymore because they are blocking all of our calls!
I too was a victim of this company and am out nearly $2400. Please call Patricia Johnson at 609-577-5008. We need everyone who was scammed to bring them to justice.
*Important Info-call (609) 577-5008 (Patricia Johnson) to file class action lawsuit * I also got charged almost $2400 with the same promise that we would be able to rent it out. He told me it was 100% guaranteed! I got several emailed offers but none of the dates or times would ever work. About a month ago I started calling and emailing and they would not respond. I can never reach the sales person I originally talked to, Daniel, either. I got an answering service last week but they didn’t ever connect me to anyone. Now if I call the 800 number it says “I’m not able to reach this number from my area”
I reached out to Patricia for help, maybe now we can get some answers or our money back!

They sell you a pipe dream
They took our money and had nearly no communication. The one offer was not possible with our time share. We followed up multiple times with them with NO RESPONSE. Do not waste your money!
I too was scammed by this company. I paid my $2300 in January and have NOT sold 1 vacation week. They are blocking all of us! I will be calling on Monday to join the class action suit 609-577-5008 as well as contacting the Attorney General in the State of Ohio for prosecution of fraud! I suggest everyone join the class action suit because that is the best way to get our money back! Don’t call anymore because they are blocking all of our calls!
Same as everyone else. I gave them the $2,349.00 for 6 weeks from RCI. They were to sell them to corporations for company conferences. I only had a few offers with no results. Now all the phones are disconnected when I called today and I need the money back because Im going through a divorce and it a marital asset that needs to be accounted for. Chris Powell is the gentleman I spoke with and he is the Manager.

FRAUD! And will not call back! Gave them 2400 with a promise of renting out 6 weeks at 1800 within 6 months. They are scammers- we have not seen a dime.

My complaint is the same as all the others. I paid $2394 in January 2022 I was told I have 6 weeks to rent and they would be able to rent them for $1800 for each week. They sent me a couple of offers but always for check in days that the resort didn’t offer. Like they wanted a check in day of Friday but the resorts check in days are on Saturday. Once I even sent back other condos near by with the check in days and never heard anything back. This is a total scam. I wish I would have researched the company and reviews before sending them money.

I also have paid almost $2400 to rent out my time share. I called twice and sent 2 emails to the company and still no response. Do not use this company.
As other reviewers, I too find this company to be a fraud. They claimed a 180 days guarantee for my weeks, and then when that came up they automatically renewed for another 180 days. I have had a handful of offers with no sales of my weeks. Now that a full year has come, I cannot receive an email or phone call back from multiple voicemails/messages and emails. Basically they stole $2400 from me and now that they are being asked to be accountable no one is available.
I found out today I was scammed. I needed this money which is why you should never buy into something when you are desperate.. or at all for this reason exactly. I was “sold” in March of this year for $2300. Seems legit and there’s a contract sent to you and everything promising for a refund if not sold after the 180 days. I have been in constant contact trying to get a return immediately. It was literally the exact same thing from every one person I talked to. They definitely go off of a script and know exactly what to say to keep you waiting patiently. I only recommend three offers like everyone else. They all were denied and when I provided SEVERAL alternatives they said the buyers wouldn’t take any of them. This week is the first they started not responding to my calls and then blocked my number. I call off new number and it’s the same thing on each one. Third party answers, transfers, sit on hold forever only to be disconnected and then when you call back it says my number is not in their service area anymore l. I have done this 4x on 4 different numbers. Also, I have pulled up my contract several times and read through it SEVERAL times. Today I am at 180 days and it will not allow me to even pull up the contract anymore, it tells me my link has been expired. I’m at a complete loss and had to start selling things to try to get that money back.
This is a scam unfortunately these reviews were not here for me to see when I fell for this pitch. But I received 3 offers, all 3 were duds. when I started calling them, they would always have an answering service take a message. then they were in meetings. Now they are blocking my calls. I am turning this over to the Attourney general in the state of ohio as a case of fraud for prosecution.

Not worth a dime no less $2,000.00 . I purchased their services on Nov 24, 2021 and I still have not gotten one rental or my money back, I have tried calling and my number is blocked. In the beginning I would be placed on hold and then disconnected but now they have blocked my number. I have filed a report with the better bussiness bureau and I have contacted an attorney and have called my bank since it was paid on a bank card. The headqarters is 1980 N Atlantic Ave. ste 330, Cocoo Beach Fl, 32931. We all should place a class action suit against them for fraud. Please contact me if you are interested in doing so.
