Unfortunately, I was unable to utilize videoland.nl, which was the primary purpose for my subscription, but I contacted customer care, and this lady I forgot her name walked me through a few steps to troubleshoot the issue before refunding me for not being able to. They're really efficient, I'd highly suggest them.
