I've been using VPN Unlimited for over a decade now and I'm very pleased with it. Great help while traveling!!

I am a lifetime VPN user. It is important to me to keep my purchases and transactions safe. I use Keep Solid to that end. I've been using this for many years and am completely satisfied. The price, the service, and the knowledge you are safeguarding on your computers is reassuring.

I bought the lifetime subscription about quite a while ago and I don't use vpn so often but recently I tried to Log in and I got the message that my account has been banned. Contacted the customer support and I was told that my subscription ownership has been changed to some other account and I was given an email address which I have no clue about.
I have tried to ask them why and how can they do it and I could not get a satisfactory answer.
I didn't get any information about the subscription ownership change at all.
To me it seems that they sell the subscription cheap and then this way they get rid of people and take their money.
I have lost my money but I would suggest people who are using this service to keep their import
ant stuff out of this vpn reach.
Obviously I would never buy anything from them again.

The VPN is not working anymore for Denmark or at least all the websites I try can see that I’m not located in Denmark

I have been using Keepsolid's services (vpn and passworden and dns) for about three years. During this time, I have not encountered a single problem and the service is of high quality. Recently, the Vless protocol has been added to this company's VPN, which is great. It is a pleasure to see that the company is constantly updating and innovating. I hope it continues like this. I've been using VPN Unlimited for about 6 years. I've been using various computer systems ever since 1981. And, let's face it, VPN service is pretty technical stuff that is largely non-intuitive. That's why a great customer service department is essential for dealing with puzzling problems that can come up. I've had a few occasions where I needed assistance to figure out why something suddenly wasn't working, or how VPNs work on different devices, or why I needed to change some setting that had previously worked. They ALWAYS have responded relatively quickly, ALWAYS understood the issue, and ALWAYS had the right answer the first time. And usually they had a solution already written in clear steps, which tells me this is not a start-up outfit, they are not just some kids learning on the job, but well-established pros who know this stuff inside out. AND they follow up. Then I had an issue where I needed to change the registration email address. Logic won out over the rules, and a heartfelt thanks is in order. Super service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and a 🏆

Over the years, I lost both the backup codes and access to the authenticator I use. Emailed support to get it reset. Was told I need to get a copy of the receipt and open a new account and they will move everything over to the new account.

Bought it in 2017. Didnt even remember where I bought it from. They were super patient and found where I bought it, so I could reach out to get a copy of the receipt.

took a few days back and forth, making sure I understood what I needed to get and what I needed to do. Through out this time, They were very patient and very professional with me.

I am back on line with new account, purchase history ported over and all necessary authentication codes in a safe place and backed up.

whenever my VPN service is out, it could be due to electricity outage, and when i contact Keep Solid VPN about not having service, they respond quickly, effectively, restoring any problems they can solve!

The communication, it took a couple of emails only because I am not familiar with some of the terminology. Once we sorted that out my account was up and running thanks so much.

I bought a lifetime subscription back in 2020, and recently had to contact support. They were super helpful, friendly and replied very fast. I heard years ago that apparently there's a correlation between trustworthy VPNs and friendly/personable support, so take that as you will.

I'm not a frequent user of the VPN itself so I can't give a solid review on it, but generally speaking, it's been sitting there on my PC for 5 years and it just works whenever I need it. It may not always be the fastest depending on which server you're connected to, but it's come in helpful quite a few times and I trust it.

I've been using VPN unlimited from keepsolid.com for almost 5 years and I find it reliable and easy to use. Just be aware you may lose LAN access to your other devices when using the optimal protocol setting.

What I especially like is that you can either use the app or opt for manual setup which works great on Android with the built-in VPN client. This is extremely convenient. I use the app on Windows but always manual setup on mobile.

I had to contact their customer service by email today to update my email address and I was impressed by how professional and reactive they were.

Is more then 2 months i got problem with the italian servers i wrote again to support team on 19 september and i don't any respond, make new server and distroy the old ones?

Owner of VPN unlimited service. Got into contact with Support as there was no option to change mail adresses (bummer).

However, I reached out and got immediate respons (<2 min) on the question. After talking back and forth, I created a new account and let the info be transferred. In the end it was less daunting then expected.

It was fixed in less than 30 min, which is insane for customer supports all around. Kudos to KeepSolid!

Poor speeds, most of the free VPNs are faster.
