Best gym wear I’ve used
I switched over to Vanquish from Gymshark about a year ago and honestly haven’t looked back. The quality is on another level, easily the best gym clothing I’ve worn.
I did have a small issue with one of my orders, but their customer service was spot on. Cloé was really helpful, quick to respond, and gave me a few solid options to sort it out without any hassle.
Overall, really impressed with the brand. If they keep this standard up, they’ve definitely got a long term customer in me.

I had an issue with my order
I had an issue with my order, but the customer service team handled it very professionally.
They kept me updated throughout the process and worked with the courier to investigate the issue.
Even though there were some complications, they were quick to offer a solution and made sure I was taken care of.
I really appreciate the support from Charlotte and the team — great communication and excellent service.
Overall, very happy with how everything was resolved. I will definitely continue shopping with Vanquish

Not the best service
Original: My order was placed February 3rd. Today is 12 April and I still haven't received anything. I informed the company on 5 March and they said they would reach out with an update by the end of March but I still haven't heard anything back.
Updated: The issue was resolved. The company offered to resend the package and two days later it finally arrived. I informed the company immediately. All items are great but the women’s petite sweatpants and flared leggings are still too long for me (5’2”).

Exceptional Customer Service
