Schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Support und der Produktgarantie

Ich habe mir bei VR Expert eine VR Brille gekauft.
Ca 3 Monate vor Ablauf der Garantiezeit war die Brille defekt. Sie war nicht mehr nutzbar. Habe das Problem dem Support gemeldet und angeboten die VR Brille zur Überprüfung einzusenden. Der Support hat mir ständig Aufgaben auferlegt die ich zuletzt technisch nicht erfüllen konnte. Dann war Funkstille.Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich aber nachher stellte sich ein Gefühl der Hinhaltetaktik ein. Ich habe VR Expert per Einschreiben zur Nacherfüllung aufgefordert. - keine Reaktion. Muss denn so etwas immer über einen Anwalt laufen?
Kann das Unternehmen nicht weiterempfehlen.Verkaufen können Sie - aber das war’s dann auch.
