Disappointing Experience

Disappointing Experience

I ordered two pairs of lenses — one for Ray-Ban Skyler and one for Ray-Ban Wayfarer. It took nearly four months to receive both pair of lenses and when they finally arrived, I was sent two pairs of Wayfarer lenses instead of one of each.

I contacted customer service and even provided photos to show the mistake, but they insisted they had sent the correct items, despite clear evidence that the lenses didn’t fit my Skyler frames. Their customer service was unhelpful, dismissive, and extremely slow to respond.

Overall, this was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The shipping took far too long, and the customer support was terrible. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with VR Wave. I ordered prescription lenses for my Ray-Ban Meta glasses expecting high-quality optics, but the lenses I received are noticeably distorted and uncomfortable to wear. The craftsmanship appears below standard, and the visual clarity is far from acceptable for prescription use.
I also noticed the disclaimer stating that custom prescription orders are non-refundable, but I believe this situation goes beyond a change of preference, this is a quality issue. The product I received is not usable as intended, and I feel it’s only fair that a resolution or refund be considered.
I chose VR Wave trusting your reputation for quality, and I truly hope we can resolve this in a satisfactory way.

Not very happy about what I received. I messaged out to you guys to see if I can return these items due to the fact that they didn’t even work properly. I was told that there is no refunding on this item. I didn’t want a refund. I wanted one that actually worked the money I paid for was a lot. I found some similar to that on Amazon that actually worked a lot better. I wish I would’ve known. I wasn’t going to get a refund on my Oakley Meta lenses. I would’ve never bought them. I wasn’t wanting money back. I was wanting to be replaced with some that actually were a little bit better than what I got. I was told about they were gonna give me $10 off wow, I’m impressed. I would be much happier if I was to get it replaced, but apparently y’all don’t have that in y’all‘s budget?
