Horrible Customer Service. I never received my order, and I tried contacting them several times, but never received a response. This was my first time ordering from them and this wasn’t what I was expecting.

My lenses were shipped to the wrong…

My lenses were shipped to the wrong address and took to long. Also they rushed on making the prescription lenses and they are not right. Once I used for about 5 minutes I started feeling dizzy and got a huge headache. Lenses are wrongly made.
I email VR-Support and have never received and email from them .
Huge headache dealing with their support team. Because there is no customer service. They do not reply emails.
I will never do business in the future with this company nor recommend anyone.

Update as October 18
I have email them so many times regarding that my lenses are wrong regarding the prescription because it caused me a dizziness and headaches .
Only thing they told me was to send them a picture of my lenses and metas .. so they can investigate . I haven’t heard from the support team, is like they did not care no more since I received the lenses .
This company is a full scam .

Where is my order

Where is my order. Thats is $150 worth of the product i ordered. Its has been more than 30 days. Neither the VR Wave can deny if it was ship or not, They created the Tracking but until now (Sep30) latest update, nowhere near my location. Customer service is below par in communicating, nor anyone provided me a real-time update except they provide a tracking that is coming from China. US Made or China made, my 1 million questions to the company. Maybe the product is by par great, who knows maybe paid advertisement or paid people to provide positive output so everyone. Compare to direct product from Ray-ban itself. Can't compare the price. But where is my order.

VR Wave: made an apologetic gesture and wants me to accept a cheap $10.00 to compensate for having my order ship nowhere near my location after more than 30 days. They lied to me that the tracking info they provided was in fact (false) it never shipped the item and now they will re-create a new one and ship again for another weeks or so. This company is dishonest, not truthful or should be aware for anyone who like to place an order with them to be more careful. I should give them 0 star but, systems will not allow it. Again, to reiterate my experience Customer Service and communication sucks and very poor, in whole VR Wave is a red flag to me. Needless to say, I requested a full refund of my order, to settle it once and for all.

I ordered my lenses August 30today is…

I ordered my lenses August 30today is October 7th it has said shipped since September 11th but they insist I must keep waiting this company feels like a scam every time I reach out it’s a please have patience response at what point do they take accountability they promised a 15 day shipping due to they had to make the lenses but as of today I get a response “ Thank you for your patience! We sincerely apologize for the wait time.
Upon checking the tracking details, we noticed there has been no movement since September 30th. I'll re-escalate this to our logistics team for an urgent update. We'll make sure to notify you as soon as we receive any information from them.” this is the 5th escalation. I can’t comment on the lenses but the shipping and service are the worst

I ordered prescription transition… so disappointed in what I received

I ordered prescription transition lenses for my Ray-Ban meta. I was not giving an option to thin them out so they were super thick very hard to put in and get out. They are supposed to transition but barely transition unless in direct sunlight for a long time. Definitely not what I expected, and would have not paid the amount I paid for it if I knew what I would have received

Be Very Careful purchasing!!!!!

I purchased lenses from VR Wave and I paid 255.00 waiting excitedly for my lenses to go into my new Meta frames, they came in no problem but when it came to fit they were too big to fit my frames!! I kept trying and trying but I couldn’t get them to fit! I took them to Lense Crafters and they told me the lenses would never have fit so they shaved them down. I sent in an email to VR Wave telling them the full situation and I asked for a refund or a serious discount and I got neither even after I did as they asked and sent in pictures of my glasses! I am very disappointed in this company.

but it took a while before my order gotim not sure what happened…

but it took a while before my order got shipped out edging the time frame from the expedited shipping.. also when i got the lenses whenever i use it it gets me dizzy probably from the wrong PD i was told they were gonna put 65 same as my first order but i guess it went and got replaced with the wrong one i inputted anyways other than the shipping issue i would say the product is really awesome and worth it made my meta glasses useable in the daily

Do not do business with this company

Do not do business with this company. I placed an order with them and has been more than 3 weeks. Tracking number that they have provided says that my order is been held by the POSTAL SERVICE since sep 19th, because there is not payment on shipping. I have email them more than 50 times and there is not response about the issue. There is no customer service. Only email I receive is saying they sorry for the inconvenience. Also they do not want to refund my full amount of money from the order I did . The only answer they gave is offering me 15% discount for future purchases. I will never do business with this company in the future and I will suggest people to chose other trustworthy companies.

Buyer beware of this company

Buyer beware of this company, this is not based in United States this is basically from mainland China. If you have placed an order, don't expect that a promised of 5-10 days you will received your order, this is not true. They are lying to your teeth. A USPS tracking will be created to your excitement, but the info is not true. expect to receive your order by a month. for your reference: My order no. 55006 from Burbank.
