The rings I received look nothing like the high-quality photos on the site. They are cheap, $1-quality items that are massively marked up. The "surprise gift" was just an lose fitting, low-grade bracelet.
The worst part is the return policy. They expect you to pay $30 (USPS) out of pocket to ship items back, which is nearly half the cost of the order. Then they try to "negotiate" by offering 70% in-store credit to keep the junk. It’s a predatory business model designed to make a refund impossible so you’re stuck with trash.
Don't fall for the slick ads. You’ll find better quality for $10 on Amazon.

I have bought numerous pieces from Vrafi and I have never been disappointed! Their jewelry is just beautiful and well crafted. I give them 100/10! I highly recommend Vrafi jewelry

Never got the ring I ordered. They do not respond to emails, waste of time and money

I purchased three rings: 2 full metal and one with turquoise stones. The metal received were nice but the ring with stones arrived with the stones broken off the ring. I contacted them and they offered a small store credit if I fixed the ring. I also left a review on their website but it was removed because they only want 5 stars. They get one star due to poor workmanship and even poorer customer service practices.

The new rings I recently ordered not only fit perfectly but look great as well. I have received several comments on them.

No matter how I try I can not check out. I am told either my debit card can't be added or my billing address isn't right. I am really getting fed up with Vrafi.
You replied asking me to contact you to resolve my issues. Outside of this how do I contact you?
After days of no customer service rely and ready many bad reviews I will not ever make another attempt to buy from Vrafi.

The ring was of acceptable quality, not amazing, but not bad, the customer service was terrible. I wear a size 13 ring. When shopping the site I passed over several things I liked because they didn't offer my size. Placed this order for a size 13 and a size 11 shows up. Customer service insisted that was what I ordered but I simply didn't. The only way they offered to help was to sell me another ring at a discount or pay my own international shipping to exchange it. Nope, bad policy, bad service, if you don't live in China don't buy from this company

The rings are not only pretty but they are well built and fit my size 13.5 perfectly. Not too tight not too loose. I like being able to take them off before playing my drums at a show and being able to take them off anytime I need to have my fingers clear. Sounds weird but it means alot. thank you

I have ordered 2 size 10 Vampires cross rings and bith times while the bag bag is marked 10 both rings are size 11 or bigger!!!
Someone screwed up a whole batch?

Beautiful ring, perfect fit! The hardest part was waiting for it.

The products are very nice, fast shipping and I'm very pleased with my purchases.

The pictures and descriptions were very good and the selection and pricing I found to be very good. My only fear was the sizing would run small. When everything arrived it was better then expected. I will buy again and look at every ad I get.

Great product at a great price with fast delivery.

Their customer service is terrible. I got a product whose size did not fit and they were unresponsive in returning it. They said ship it to China at your cost and the cost of shipping was more than the cost of the product. Keep in mind that I have bought multiple times from them. I will never buy again from them.
