They cannot get the colours right. I placed an order for 3 pairs of socks on the 6th of March 2026. The colours I ordered were 1 x pink, and 2 x white.

They delivered 1 x pink, and 2 x BLACK and white.

I contacted them on 13 March to tell them the wrong colours had been sent.

They then confirmed they had no stock of the white ones, and do I want to return them for a refund to which I replied yes.

After I posted them back and confirmed this to them on the 20th of March, they replied on the 21st saying they've now got the white ones in stock would I like these instead of a refund. I replied on the same day saying yes, that would be great.

Fast forward to the 1st of April - the 2 replacement pairs haven't arrived, so I chase. They say it seems Royal Mail has lost them.

Then, finally, on the 4th of April they arrive.... BUT THEY'RE THE SAME BLACK AND WHITE PAIRS I RETURNED.

No reply yet from their customer service team. How hard is it to send the right colour when your company only sells four colours...

Used these socks for a recent charity event which was an extreme HIIT session lasting over 5 hours. I was a bit nervous as this was my first time using them and I often suffer from hotspots during long workouts.

These socks are a game changer for Hyrox and running.
They are super comfy and give you extra grip.
It’s made a massive difference. My feet no longer slip when pushing and pulling the sled.

I have also started using them as an every day sock because they are so comfy.

Tested these socks in a few different scenarios now via different style of trainers for different types of exercise. I found that with any trainer they were still comfortable and kept the feet from sliding.
In other socks I've tried the grips rub and aggravated places on my feet but these didn't, felt really good even after over 2 hours of training.
Definitely a great sock.

Superb pair of grip socks. Great quality and most importantly does what it needs to do, give my feet stability and stops my feet sliding and slipping in my trainers when doing high intensity workouts.
I do alot of Hyrox Competition and I have found previous socks that I used were not helping when doing the Sleds within the hyrox also with training. What I also found with previous pair of grip socks I owned they were impossible to get on no even with loosening the laces and when done up they would feel to tight. VRTX socks are easy to put on and sit comfortably and snug in the trainers

This may sound a bit crazy but putting these socks on gave me a metaphorical hug for my feet. They are so comfy and you can feel the quality. The grip works so well for the training I do as well so they are a must for me moving forward.

Great socks made from premium quality, the grip is superb and the feel and fit is awesome. I use them for Hyrox training, DekaFIT and also running. They very durable.

I loved the feel of the socks as soon as they went on, they aren’t too thick like some grip socks. They also have a really nice top to them which doesn’t feel tight around your leg yet stays up. I’m looking forward to see what colours will be coming next 👍🏼

Legit the best grip socks I’ve worn!

For my first Hyrox competition, I wanted to something to help with grip on the inside of my running shoes to avoid my foot slipping. The grip was unreal, my foot did not slide once on any station. If you’re looking for grip socks to help you with whatever activity you do, head to VRTX!

Fantastic product, made with real quality

Great socks! Especially for hyrox- my feet didn’t slip in my trainers on the self push which was very helpful! I also didn’t get blisters when running which happens to me when I wear lower quality socks. Would definitely recommend them!
