The customer service received from V…Was excellent
The customer service received from V Safety after a mistake by the courier was was excellent. The problem was resolved in less than 30 minutes and new products were dispatched the same day. If only all businesses were as good at customer service.
For product, price and performance I cannot reccomend V safety more.

I think it was Claire who answered the phone for my order and she was friendly and super helpful and I needed my personalised high viz vests for the weekend just 4 days away and she said she’d do her best.. within two hours of Su missing my order the proof was sent to me I approved it and I got the vests within four days and in good time for my event!
