VT Plus Construction have recently completed an extension to our bungalow in Lowdham and we are delighted with the results. The extension took 7 weeks and Vasiol and the team worked every day from 0745 onwards, including Saturdays and some Bank Holidays. The standard of their work was first rate and nothing we asked them to do was too much trouble. They will be my first port of call whenever we need any future building work and we would happily recommend them to our friends and family.

took my car for an early mot as it was making a scraping sound , asked danny to check it out and let me know any work needing doing, gave me a call to let me know the problem and how much it would roughly be , which i asked him to go ahead with the work and could pick my car up the next day this was between xmas & new year so i was lucky as not many garages where open during this time

We are really pleased with our front and rear house extensions that Vasiol and the team at VT+ delivered over a 6 month period. They turned up every day as promised, put a proper shift in and could not have been more friendly, helpful and considerate especially considering the significant building work we were living through. Snagging has not been an issue either, with Vasiol sorting any issues as and when they arise. The only learning point we would share is agree the cost of any extra work as it arises, we waited until the build was complete to discuss the extra costs which created unnecessary tension at the end of the contract which could have been avoided. This was more down to us not raising it at the time rather than Vasiol, hence the excellent review and rating. In summary VT+ highly recommended for good quality, value for money, speed of work and importantly turning up when promised to get the build complete!

VT Plus repaired a large crack in our extension wall and repointed a basement wall. The work was excellent, completed ahead of schedule and at a very good rate. Vasiol and his team were always friendly, pleasant and professional and returned afterwards to ensure we were happy with the outcome. I was really pleased with the quality of the work and we have already booked VT Plus in again to do some further repair work.

VT Plus have just installed a new bathroom for me and I could not be happier with the service they provided. Very professional service, was kept informed through out the build. I would highly recommend using them

An excellent job done removing a large load bearing wall, installing an RSJ and boxing in and replastering. Vasiol and team carried out a high quality job exactly as specified and exactly when scheduled, allowing us to proceed with the rest of our kitchen / diner renovation on time. Delighted with the price, work and finish - would not hesitate to recommend VT+ (and already have to a couple of other people) and will no doubt be using them again in the future.

I required a driveway installed at short notice and they provided an excellent service from beginning to end. Very professional and reliable, nothing was too much trouble, they were able to also replace an old gate for me. The whole team was efficient and friendly. The finish is to a very high standard and I would highly recommend this company.
