I am a very active trader who was trading on the broker VT markets I have put more then €100.000 in the broker so i was almost a platinum client and THEY DELETED my account out of nowhere while I almost reached my trading reward goal both of them, its been a week and I still didn’t get helped or atleast they didn’t explain why my account has been deleted SO IF YOURE GOING TO DEPOSIT ALOT OF MONEY DONT DO IT WITH VT MARKETS. Btw I never received a notification or atleast a warning about something that I wasn’t supposed to do

To everyone who’s lost money or been mistreated by VT Markets, I’m one of you. I recently faced trading position closure without any notice or communication. VT Markets customer service is truly appalling. Over the past few weeks, I’ve received no response but a barrage of copy-pasted messages from automated bots.

Please know that we can take our cases to the Financial Commission to reclaim our rights. VT Markets hopes we’ll give up fighting, but that’s a false hope. Negative reviews here also suggest they target only foreign investors (none EU) customers regardless of their residency status , hoping they’re less knowledgeable or experienced in challenging them.

One more thing: VT Markets tries to blame IB or others while under the VT Markets Client Agreement, the broker—not the IB—is responsible for executing and managing your trades.
If VT Markets reads this, I suggest they avoid referring me back to their unhelpful customer service as I’ve tried everything. Legal action would be my only remaining option.

Bunch of scammers gathered and opened up a trap called Vt Markets

Extremely bad experience with VT Markets.

My USOUSD (oil) buy positions were closed without my authorization, resulting in significant losses. All trades were closed at the same time, which raises serious concerns about the platform.

This broker has extremely high spreads, in my experience up to 3 times higher than other brokers. I also experienced severe slippage during trading.

In addition, I was charged daily “administration fees” (~19 USD per day), which appear to be hidden swap charges. The swap and overall trading costs are excessively high and not transparent.

Customer support is very poor. I tried for over a month to contact my account manager via email, but no one followed up and I never received any call or proper support.

Overall, this broker lacks transparency, fairness, and proper client support.

I strongly do not recommend VT Markets.

I had a position that was in profit, yet the broker restricted my ability to manage or close it. At the same time, my trading functions and even deposit access were restricted without any clear justification. I was effectively blocked from controlling my own account while in profit.
Only after the market moved against me and my position turned into a loss were these restrictions removed, and this happened following my repeated follow-ups. This sequence of actions directly caused me significant financial loss.
The broker attempted to justify this behavior by citing access from different IP addresses. This explanation is not valid. It is entirely normal for a client to access their account from different locations or allow a trusted individual to log in. This does not justify restricting trading activity or interfering with open positions.
This pattern of restricting an account during profit and lifting restrictions only after losses is highly suspicious and may constitute unfair trading practices and misuse of control over client accounts.
I have formally escalated this matter to the relevant regulatory authority and am prepared to pursue further action through financial dispute and legal channels if necessary.
I expect a full and transparent explanation, and I clearly state that any repetition of such actions on my account will not be tolerated.
Traders should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this broker.

I made a mistake by coming back into this market again. I had worked with it for five years, but this is not the same VT market I worked with before.

Recently, I deposited around $4,500 to $5,000, and they are not even returning that. It has been more than one and a half months since I submitted my withdrawal request. Forget about profit — I have clearly told them to decline it if they want, but at least return my deposited amount.

Even on that, they keep saying that their trading team is checking. Then I told them that your team is so incompetent that it has been more than one and a half months.

They just keep saying “please be patient” and “we appreciate your patience” — this is the kind of response I get. And now they will again say to contact them through email. I actually laugh at this, because I came here after getting frustrated from there, and then they will tell me to go back there again.

Moreover, this entire situation is happening even though I have not used any leverage or taken any bonus. If this is the condition without leverage and without a bonus, then what would they do if leverage or bonuses were involved?

Anyway, I cannot tell anyone not to work with VT Market, but I can definitely say this: come only after thinking carefully. This is not for professional traders — if you want to incur losses, then it is fine.

They won’t let me withdraw on the same account I used to deposit my money. They keep on dragging on needing something unnecessary and confidential information on my end. Let me withdraw my funds already it’s been days complying and dragging.

This broker is a scam. I lost my money for no reason. When I set a stop loss of $2, in fact, when the SL hit, the loss reached $3. In every position, they cut me more than I wanted to lose. They tried to take our money little by little this way.

❌ Scam Alert $ 3900

VT Markets has blocked my withdrawal after I made a profit. It appears to be a scam broker for profitable traders. I have not received any response from them since March 17, 2026.

I first submitted a complaint on March 12, 2026. VT Markets did not provide any proper reply and only asked me to wait, saying their internal team is reviewing the case.

Meanwhile, VT Markets continues to post generic responses on Trustpilot, claiming they have contacted me — which is not true. I have not been contacted at all.

This shows very poor transparency. Please be careful when dealing with this broker.

made a chat with rep and after our conversation regarding my account verification, I got an email saying that my account is fully verified

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience. I risked my capital and worked hard to make a profit, but when I tried to withdraw my funds, my request was rejected.

Worse, my account was suddenly restricted from both withdrawing and trading without any clear explanation. Until now, I still cannot access or withdraw both my profit and my original capital.

This situation is very concerning and unfair. I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

And trading team, doesn't exists or never responds. So , Ping pong ball you'll become !

Platform- outdated, ridiculous spreads for basic accounts. Legacy payment gateway providers used that delay your deposits by hours, and in volatile markets this broker enjoys this arrangement and keep all your funds positions are closed due to margin call :-)

A clear description of complaint - deposited funds via Crypto. Initial payments were successful. However, subsequent payments of 1412 were not credited into my account even 2 hrs after the deposit.

I even did the deposit via card of 500.

As result of my funds not being credited on time or way past 2 hrs, I lost the confidence in vtmarkets and held myself in deposit of further funds. Market moved in volatility and due to absence of my funds that were supposed to have been available hrs ago and no fault of mine.

All my positions were automatically closed due to margin call.
